a poco pi di un anno Laem System entra-

ta a far parte del gruppo Eutro Log, sancen-

do e consolidando di fatto una partnership

che in poco tempo ha prodotto importanti risultati per

le due societ e soprattutto per il cliente finale.

Il concetto di i.solution, che richiama lintegrazione, lintel-

ligenza, litalianit, lanciato sul mercato fin dal 2009 con

progetti dedicati al mercato americano, ha convinto Da vi -

de Malki di Laem System e Ivan Parisi di Eutro Log che fino

a quel punto avevano collaborato, a concludere un assor-

bimento societario, per poi presentarsi ancor pi forti e

competitivi al mercato europeo.

Oggi i clienti possono beneficiare

del vantaggio di avere un unico

zioni integrate chiavi in mano, che

conglobano tutta la filiera dellim-

ballaggio flessibile, dal taglio al fine li -

nea. Lobiettivo quello di combattere le

inefficienze presenti nei reparti di produzione

e recuperare quindi margini importanti.

Il focus centrale resta senza dubbio la fornitura di impianti

di converting, partendo per da un coinvolgimento mag -

giore da parte del fornitore di tecnologie relativamente ai

problemi quotidiani degli operatori del packaging.

A Davide Malki, il compito di fare gli onori di casa e pre-

sentare, ai clienti italiani ed esteri che hanno raccolto lin-

vito, il gruppo e le soluzioni davanguardia, che vengono

progettate e realizzate nella sede di Casale Monferrato

(AL), che agisce sempre e comunque con marchio

Laem e si occupa delle taglierine-ribobinatrici, mentre

nella sede Eutro Log di Cant (CO) vengono progettate

e realizzate le tecnologie dedicate alla movimentazione

e alla logistica.

Da poco entrata nel gruppo una nuova unit produtti-

va nel Nord-Est Italia per la realizzazione di ulteriori solu-

zioni offerte ai clienti del converting. Inoltre recentemente

entrato a far parte del gruppo un nuovo US Service

Manager per la sede Eutro Log negli USA ad Atlanta.

ust over a year ago Laem Systemjoined Eutro Log group, sanctioningand consolidating an already con-

crete partnership that resulted shortly in im -portant achievements for the two compa-nies and especially for the end customer.The concept of i.solution, recalling integra-tion, intelligence, the Italian spirit, marke-ted in 2009 with projects dedicated to theAmerican market, has convinced DavideMalki of Laem System and Ivan Parisi ofEu tro Log to conclude a corporate incorpo-

ration, to become even stronger and morecompetitive in the European market. Today, customers can have the benefits tohave a single reference company, offeringintegrated turnkey solutions, including theentire chain of flexible packaging, from cut - ting to the end of line. The objective is to combat the inefficien-cies present in the production departmentsand then recover significant margins. The central focus is undoubtedly the sup -ply of converting equipments, but starting

from a greater involvement of the supplierof technologies in the daily problems of pa -ckaging operators.Davide Malki welcomed guests and pre-sented to Italian and foreign customers thegroup and advanced solutions (cutting-re -winders) which are designed and built inCa sale Monferrato (AL), always with Laembrand, while at Eutro Log in Cantu (CO) aredesigned and produced technologies dedi-cated to handling and logistics. He presented some ca se histories of specialprototypes, not in the packaging sector: forexample the production of solar panels, orthe cutting of paper to be coupled for pre-print in the corrugated cardboard industry.Very often from these special machines arisefuturistic solutions that are then taken onstandard models, just like in the automotiveindustry where Grand Prix solutions are thenplaced on series-produced cars.

FOCUS ON THE NEXT GENERATIONOF RB2 CUTTING-REWINDERSThe RB2 is a two-shaft machine, with motori-zed shaftless unwinder for reels with 1270mm of diameter; while in winding it is possibleto process, on two individually driven shafts,reels having a diameter up to 800 mm.In the presented model, the discharge ofreels was performed on the SC30 automa-tic device, interfaced with a conveyor belt.The range of products offered by LaemSystem includes not only cutting machineswith two shafts, turret and stations, as well

as unloaders, viewersand winders. All machines comply with strict safety andhygiene standards, both in Europe and NorthAmerican, required by the sector of packaging.The slitting machine used for demo duringthe open house was undergoing the finaltesting, before departure to a US customerwho bought it.

not only appreciated reliability, high per -formance and safety of the machines, butalso the pleasant and relaxed climateyou breathe in the company and thatcharacterized the whole event up late inthe evening.In fact, the day ended with dinner in a

Molto spesso da queste macchine speciali, nascono

soluzioni avveniristiche che poi vengono adottate sui

modelli standard, proprio come accade nellindustria

automobilistica dove soluzioni di formula 1 vengono poi

inserite sulle auto di serie.

FOCUS SULLA NUOVA GENERAZIONE DI TAGLIERINE-RIBOBINATRICI RB2 La RB2 una macchina bialbero, con svolgitore shaft-

less motorizzato per bobine di diametro 1270mm,

men tre in avvolgimento possibile processare, su due

alberi motorizzati individualmente, bobine aventi diame-

tro fino a 800 mm. Nel modello presentato, lo scarico

delle bobine era eseguito su un dispositivo automatico

SC30, interfacciato con un nastro trasportatore.

La gamma di prodotti offerti da Laem System, non

comprende solamente macchine da taglio bialbero, a

torretta e a stazioni, ma anche scaricatori, visionatrici e

avvolgitori. Tutte le macchine rispettano rigidamente gli

standard di sicurezza di igiene, sia Europei che Nord

Americani, richiesti dal settore di packaging.

duzione dei fotopolimeri flessografici, nonostante nel nord

Italia fossero presenti moltissimi service flexo. A met degli

anni 80 con la decisione di affrontare il mercato delle eti-

Today, the pre-press department of GPShas reached an excellent level of qualityand quantity and according to the Italianstandards it is positioned immediately be -hind the first 3-4 leader services. From a technological point of view, also inthis department, there is the best that toda-ys technology can offer. Also as regards Luxand the famous flat dot, Daniele Grotto wasthe first printer to believe in this techno-logy, adds Albani. Having undertaken theproduction of plates internally enabled thecompany to experience all the milestonesthat have revolutionized the process of pro-

A WASHING PLANT AT HIGH PRODUCTIVITYThe VIANORD EVO 4i is fully automatedand composed by the washing machinewith round brushes with gravitational pres-sure on the plate with rotary-oscillatory mo -tion, clockwise and counterclockwise for a

Oggi il reparto pre-stampa di GPS ha raggiunto un otti-

mo livello qualitativo e quantitativo e secondo gli stan-

dard italiani si posizionerebbe sul mercato subito alle

spalle dei primi 3-4 service top leader. Da un punto di

vista tecnologico, anche in questo reparto, c il meglio

che la tecnologia oggi possa offrire. Anche per quanto

riguarda il Lux, e il famoso punto piatto, Daniele Grotto

stato il primo stampatore a credere in questa tecno-

logia, aggiunge Albani.

Avere intrapreso il percorso della produzione di lastre inter-

namente ha consentito allazienda di vivere tutte le tappe

miliari che hanno rivoluzionato il processo di produzione

dei fotopolimeri flexo, crescendo di pari passo con le nuo -

ve tecnologie e acquisendo un certo tipo di mentalit.

Il reparto di prestampa di GPS oggi quasi unazienda

dentro lazienda e come tale deve essere produttivo.

UN IMPIANTO DI LAVAGGIO A ELEVATA PRODUTTIVITLimpianto VIANORD EVO 4i, completamente automa-

tizzato, composto dalla macchina di lavaggio con

spazzole rotonde a pressione gravitazionale sulla lastra

con movimento oscillatorio-rotatorio orario e antiorario

per una pulizia decisamente superiore del fotopolimero,

questo an che grazie a un maggior numero di spazzole

rispetto a un impianto tradizionale.

Successivamente la lastra viene trasportata automati-

camente in un forno a 8 cassetti, con tempo di essic-

cazione programmabile, per poi passare al finissaggio e

post-esposizione finale per togliere lappiccicosit resi-

dua del fotopolimero prima di andare a depositarsi nel

magazzino che pu ospitare fino a 8 lastre.

Grazie a questa capacit di stoccaggio, volendo alla sera

possibile lanciare in produzione 8 lastre che saranno

pronte per la stampa il mattino seguente. Addirittura per

carichi di lavoro molto importanti possibile lanciare in

A fixed camera inside the machi-ne allows you to control all stages of the process, while for remote assi-stance with the mother company is foreseen also a mobile camera, locatedon the side of the machine.We are very pleased about installation and machine performances; I cansay without any fear of contradiction that we were able to increase our pro-ductivity by about 35%. I particularly liked the perfect cleanness of the poly-mer that translated for us in a better print quality from the first steps, con-cluded Grotto before the visit of production departments where approxima-tely 30 printing machines are in full production. Soon it will be ready a newbuilding next to the current one, which will further improve storage steps,logistics and shipping of finished goods.

ne gestito solamente da un operatore. Un sistema dia-

gnostico interno avvisa loperatore sul fine vita di alcune

componenti dellimpianto ed previsto nel software di

gestione della linea anche la possibilit di ordinare imme-

diatamente il pezzo di ricambio. Una telecamera fissa

allinterno della macchina consente di controllare tutte le

fasi del processo, mentre per lassistenza in remoto con

la casa madre prevista a bordo macchina anche una

telecamera mobile.

Siamo molto soddisfatti di come andata linstallazione

e di come si sta comportando la macchina; posso affer-

mare senza alcuna paura di smentite che siamo riusciti a

incrementare la nostra produttivit del 35% circa.

Ho particolarmente apprezzato la grande pulizia del poli-

mero che si tradotta per noi in una migliore qualit di

stampa fin dai primi passaggi, ha concluso Grotto prima

di condurci nella visita ai reparti di produzione dove le circa

30 macchine da stampa sono tutte in piena produzione.

A breve sar pronto un nuovo stabilimento, proprio

accanto a quello attuale, che andr a migliorare ulte-

riormente la fase di stoccaggio, logistica e spedizio-

ne della merce finita. n

mese di Aprile a Rimini, ha messo in risalto il

buon stato di salute dellimballaggio flessibile,

che ha continuato a crescere anche nel 2014 (fig. 1)

rag giungendo livelli record con una crescita del +21%

rispetto al 2007, ultimo anno prima della grave crisi eco-

nomica di cui sentiamo ancora oggi le conseguenze.

Contemporaneamente il settore manifatturiero italiano

ha registrato un dato negativo di -14%.

Lultimo anno ha visto crescere le vendite in Italia di oltre

il 5% in volume e di quasi il 4% in valore (fig. 2) dopo un

quadriennio durante il quale il mercato interno era rima-

sto fermo in termini di quantit mentre le variazioni in

valore erano dovute alla fluttuazione del costo delle

materie prime. Rimane comunque ancora importante la

quota di esportazione che rappresenta circa il 54% del-

lintero venduto e, pur rallentando rispetto al

passato, lanno scorso si registrata una

cresciuta del 3.5% sia in volume che

in fatturato.

Nel mese di giugno, il congresso

an nuale di Flexible Packaging Eu -

rope, tenutosi a Dubrovnik, ha

confermato che il buon stato di

salute del mercato del flessibile

diffuso in tutta Europa e i primi sei

mesi dellanno 2015 hanno fatto re -

gistrare unulteriore crescita che per -

mette gi di guardare alla fine dellanno

con un ragionevole ottimismo.

Tra i tanti temi discussi durante la riunione europea uno

in particolare merita di essere approfondito: lo studio di

Euromonitor, condotto in diverse nazioni europee, rela-

tivamente alla grande distribuzione alimentare ha evi-

denziato che oltre il 40 % delle confezioni di prodotti ali-

mentari (bevande escluse) prodotto con imballaggio

flessibile, questo trend cresciuto negli anni e secondo

lo stesso studio destinato ad aumentare nel prossimo

quinquennio. In peso tutti gli imballaggi flessibili incido-

no poco sul totale degli imballi immessi al consumo e

questo deve essere tenuto in considerazione quando si

intende valutare la sostenibilit delle soluzioni di imbal-

laggio per alimenti.

MA SE TUTTO SEMBRA PROCEDERE IN MODO POSITIVODOVE POSSIAMO TROVAREPROBLEMI?Le due riunioni, Assemblea Giflex e Congresso FPE, han -

no aperto un fronte di discussione molto serio quan do si

parlato di materie prime e in particolare di resine e film po -

liolefinici. Dal mese di febbraio, i maggiori produttori di gra-

nuli di PE (polietilene) e PP (polipropilene) hanno comincia-

to a fermare, in Europa, una lunga serie dimpianti di pro-

duzione dichiarando cause di forza maggiore.

Leffetto di queste fermate ha innescato una serie di dif-

ficolt rilevanti sul mercato delle resine e conseguente-

iflex spring assembly, held in Aprilin Rimini, highlighted the good sta -te of health of flexible packaging,

which has continued to grow in 2014 (Fig.1)reaching record levels with an increase of+21% compared to 2007, the last year be -fore the economic crisis of which we feelstill today the consequences. At the sametime, the Italian manufacturing sector re cor -ded a negative figure of -14%.Last year has seen sales grow in Italy by mo -re than 5% in volume and by almost 4% invalue, after a four-year period during which

the domestic market was stagnated in termsof quantity while changes in value were dueto the fluctuation of raw material costs.Export share remains still important: it rep-resents about 54% of sales, and, thoughslowing compared to the past, last yearthere was an increase by 3.5% in both vol-ume and turnover. In June, the annual congress of FlexiblePa ckaging Europe, held in Dubrovnik, hasconfirmed that the good health of the fle -xi ble market is spread throughout Eu ropeand the first six months of 2015 showed

further growth which already al lows tolook at the end of the year with reason-able optimism. Among the many topics discussed duringthe European meeting one in particular de -serves to be deepened: Euromonitor study,carried on in several European co un tries,regarding food distribution has shown thatover 40% of the packaging of food prod-ucts (beverages not included) is producedwith flexible packaging (fig. 3), this trendhas grown over the years and according tothe same study it will increase in the nextfive years. Considering weight, all flexible packaginghave little effect on the total packaging,and this must be considered when youwant to assess the sustainability of packa -ging solutions for food.

BUT IF EVERYTHING SEEMS TO PROCEED IN A POSITIVE WAY,WHERE CAN WE FIND PROBLEMS?The two meetings, Giflex assembly andFPE Congress, have opened a front of very

serious discussion when they talked aboutraw materials, particularly resins and poly-olefin films.Since February, the largest producers ofPE grains (polyethylene) and PP (po ly pro -pyl ene) have begun to stop, in Europe, ase ries of manufacturing plants declaringfor ce majeure reasons.The effect of these stops triggered a se riesof important difficulties on the resin marketand, consequently, on the downstream in -dustry chain of film producers and conver -ters, creating a lot of tension on the flex-ible packaging market. In a short time, after stop of the produc-tion sites of resins, there was a situationof "shortage" of raw materials, delivery ti -m es of the granules have lengthened dra -matically and orders were reduced oreven cancelled.Film producers, unable to buy regularly,were forced to postpone deliveries to con-verters, which in turn had to revise the planfor deliveries of goods to the customers,and they had to change the programming

vi delle resine, si creata una situazione di penuria delle

materie prime, i tempi di consegna dei granuli si sono

allungati a dismisura quando gli ordini non sono stati ridot-

ti o addirittura annullati. I produttori di film, nellimpossi-

bilit di approvvigionarsi con regolarit, si sono visti co -

stretti a differire le consegne ai converter che a loro

volta hanno dovuto rivedere il piano delle consegne di

merce ai clienti e hanno dovuto modificare la program-

mazione di produzione per cercare di limitare i disagi

dei clienti. Parallelamente i prezzi delle resine di Pe e PP

hanno subito un balzo verso lalto con quotazioni che

venivano riviste in crescita di settimana in settimana.

Nellultimo periodo la situazione prezzi si un po cal-

mierata ma le quotazioni sono arrivate ai massimi livelli

degli ultimi anni. Questo problema pu avere influito

parzialmente sulla crescita del mercato del flessibile nei

primi sei mesi dellanno perch i clienti per correre ai

ripari e per evitare ulteriori rincari hanno anticipato gli

ordini facendo aumentare gli stock a magazzino.

La seconda parte del 2015, se migliorer la situazione

delle materie prime, dar lesatta misura della crescita

del mercato dellimballaggio flessibile perch si smalti-

ranno gli stock e si potr stabilire lesatto fabbisogno di

imballaggi dei clienti.

gnalare due importanti attivit dei Comitati Giflex:

- La campagna di comunicazione sul valore del packa-

ging alimentare che ha gi prodotto due documenti

significativi consultabili nel nuovo sito Giflex (www.gil-

fex.it) nella sezione news/marketing.

- Il primo congresso scientifico internazionale sullim-

Nel numero di Converter-Flessibili-Carta-Cartone di no -

vembre-dicembre 2015 pubblicheremo un ampio servi-

zio sul Congresso dAutunno Giflex che si tenuto a

fine settembre a Milano, incentrato sullimportanza del-

limballaggio nella riduzione degli sprechi alimentari, in

linea con le tematiche Expo dove si concluso il con-

gresso con un giro fra i padiglioni espositivi.

n occasione del 50 anniversario di Ferrarini & Be -

nelli, azienda leader nel trattamento corona e al

pla sma, ripercorriamo con il suo fondatore, Diego

Be nelli, le principali tappe che hanno portato la societ

ad affermarsi nel mercato internazionale del converting.

Come nasce il suo interesse per iltrattamento corona?Nei primi anni Sessanta, ero socio di unazienda che

produceva film plastici e sacchetti di plastica. Gli estru-

sori iniziavano a utilizzare i primi trattamenti superficiali

rudimentali a bassa frequenza. Per attivare le superfici,

i generatori con trasformatori scaricavano a pioggia, tra -

mite un elettrodo, dei piccoli fulmini. Malgrado la bas -

sa velocit degli impianti, era frequente che il materiale

si bucasse e che si verificassero cortocircuiti.

Questi ultimi, ripetuti nel tempo, finivano per bruciare il

trasformatore e a compromettere la linea.

Per affrontare la duplice sfida di aumentare la frequen-

za (per ottimizzare il trattamento) e migliorare la com-

ponentistica, ho chiesto aiuto a Ezio Ferrarini, che ave -

va una notevole esperienza tecnica.

Abbiamo cos progettato un sistema pi potente e affi-

dabile che usava i Triodi (che oscillavano a 1.500 Hz).

Dopo due anni di test di mercato che hanno avuto esito

positivo, nel 1965 abbiamo deciso di fondare Ferrarini

& Benelli.

n the occasion of the 50th anni-versary of Ferrarini & Benelli, lea-der in corona and plasma treat-

ments, founder Diego Benelli tells us howthe company originated and its next busi-ness objectives.

How did your interest in corona treatments start?In the early 60s, I was a partner in a com-pany that manufactured plastic films and

bags. The extruders were beginning to usethe first low-frequency rudimentary surfa-ce treatments. To activate the surfaces, thegenerators with transformers would raindown "tiny lightning bolts" via an electrode.Despite the low speed of the systems, it wasnot uncommon for the material to be pier-ced and for there to be short circuits.Repeated short-circuiting over time wouldend up burning out the transformer andjeopardising the line. I asked Ezio Ferrarini,who had considerable technical experien-ce, to help tackle the double challenge ofincreasing the frequency (to optimise thetreatment) and improving the components. And so we designed a more powerful andreliable system that used Triodes (oscilla-ting at 1,500 Hz). After two years of mar-ket testing with positive results, we deci-ded to found Ferrarini & Benelli in 1965.

In these 50 years of entrepreneurialbusiness, what innovations have you had to face?I think that our sector has experienced

three essential evolutionary steps:- going from electrotechnical components

to electronic ones (SCR and related pilo-ting);

- the digital and software advent that haverevolutionised generators and multipliedthe operating possibilities of coronatreatments;

- the most recent plasma treatments.

What factors were the key to your success?Having immediately understood the im por -tance of internationalisation, having builttru sted relationships over time with the bigmanufacturers who today install our coronatreatment systems, and constant technolo-gical innovation. Finally, the contribution of my daughter Cla -udia: after getting her degree in an industrialmajor and taking a specialisation course inFrance, she decided to come back to Italy tohelp me. In part, she supported the sales,administration and production departmentmanagers and in part, she studied applied

In questi 50 anni di attivitimprenditoriale con quali innovazioni hadovuto confrontarsi?Credo che il nostro settore abbia vissuto sostanzial-

mente tre tappe evolutive:

- il passaggio dalla componentistica elettrotecnica a

quella elettronica (SCR e relativo pilotaggio);

- lavvento del digitale e dei software che hanno rivolu-

zionato i generatori e moltiplicato le possibilit opera-

tive del trattamento corona;

- il pi recente trattamento al plasma.

Quali fattori hanno determinato il vostrosuccesso?Laver capito subito limportanza dellinternazionalizza-

zione, e aver costruito nel tempo un rapporto di fiducia

con i grandi costruttori che oggi installano i nostri

impianti per il trattamento corona e la costante innova-

zione tecnologica.

Infine, lapporto di mia figlia Claudia, che dopo la laurea

a indirizzo industriale e un corso di specializzazione in

Francia, ha deciso di tornare in Italia per aiutarmi. Da un

lato ha affiancato i responsabili delle vendite, dellam-

ministrazione e del reparto produttivo, dallaltro ha stu-

diato tecnologia applicata. Con questo approccio prag-

matico e trasversale Claudia si rapidamente guada-

gnata la fiducia di tutti in azienda.

Quale futuro per il trattamento corona?I produttori di materiali per limballaggio investono

costantemente in Ricerca & Sviluppo per migliorarne le

caratteristiche tecniche (resistenza, riciclabilit, anti fog

per gli alimenti) e per ampliare la loro offerta.

La scoperta di nuovi materiali pluristrato, lavvento delle

nanotecnologie, la necessit di minimizzare i costi, pon-

gono sempre nuove sfide alle aziende che operano nel

trattamento corona. Credo che in futuro la flessibilit e

il dinamismo, oltre alla costante innovazione tecnologica,

technology. With this pragmatic, across-the-board ap -proach, Claudia quickly earned everyone'strust in the company.

What does the future have in storefor corona treatments?Packaging material manufacturers areconstantly investing in Research & De ve -lop ment to improve the technical features(resistance, recyclability, anti-fog for foodproducts...) and to widen their offer. The discovery of new multi-layer materials,the advent of nanotechnology, the need tominimise costs always pose new challen-ges for businesses involved in corona tre -atments. I think that in the future, flexibilityand energy, in addition to constant techno-logical innovation, will be fundamental qua -lities in order to work successfully in thissector.

And what do plasma treatmentsmean for Ferrarini & Benelli?An important evolution that allows us totake advantage of our knowledge of surfa-ce treatments even outside the world of pac-kaging. Thanks to the possibility of treatingthree-dimensional objects, plasma is allo-wing us to work in new sectors (automotive,medical, piping...).

What are you working on?Right now, I'm dealing with an applicationspecifically for paper factories. We need toequip high performance and high speedex trusion coating lines (up to 500 m/min)that require the utmost reliability for 24/7production. I'm working on a corona treat-ment sy stem that guarantees high perfor-mance (thanks to special specifically crea-ted electrodes) and reduces risks of downti-me to a minimum, thanks to intelligent gene-

rator power control and management. Thespecific digital system processing of our ge -nerators allows us to obtain the best results.

Future goals?Considering the excellent market positionthat Ferrarini & Benelli has succeeded in re -aching worldwide over the years, we mightsay we've already realized our goals. But every new sector problem or customerneed sets me off on the search for a solu-tion, planning a new product or improvingexisting ones. These are the goals that I tryto reach every day.

What do you wish for Ferrarini &Benelli on its 50th birthday?I hope it carries on another 50 years follo-wing the philosophy I've tried to instil in ever-yone at the company: work professionallyand honestly, offer high technology and highquality products, give continuing customerservice over time, view market challengesas opportunities for improvement and gua-rantee future development.

motive, medicale, tubi).

A quale progetto sta lavorando?In questo periodo mi sto occupando di un'applicazio-

ne specifica per cartiere. Si tratta di equipaggiare linee

di extrusion coating a elevate prestazioni e velocit (fino

a 500 m/min) che necessitano della pi alta affidabilit

per produzioni di 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7.

Sto elaborando un sistema di trattamento corona che

garantisce elevate prestazioni e riduce al minimo i rischi

di fermata grazie al controllo e alla gestione intelligente

delle potenze dei generatori. Lelaborazione di sistemi

digitali dedicati dei nostri generatori ci permette di otte-

nere ottimi risultati.

Prossimi obiettivi?Considerata l'ottima posizione di mercato che negli

anni Ferrarini & Benelli riuscita a ottenere in tutto il

mondo, si potrebbe pensare di aver gi realizzato i pro-

pri obiettivi. Ma ogni nuova problematica di settore, o

necessit di un cliente, innesca in me la ricerca di una

soluzione, lo studio di un nuovo prodotto o il migliora-

mento di quelli esistenti. Questi sono gli obiettivi che

cerco di raggiungere, tutti i giorni.

Cosa augura a Ferrarini & Benelli chequest'anno compie 50 anni?Spero che continui per altri 50 anni a seguire la filoso-

fia che ho cercato di trasmettere a tutti in azienda: lavo-

rare con seriet e onest, proporre prodotti di alta tec-

nologia e qualit, dare un servizio continuativo nel

tempo ai clienti, vedere le sfide di mercato come oppor-

tunit per migliorarsi e garantire lo sviluppo futuro. n

Nonostante limpiego dei servo motori abbia migliorato

le macchine, prosegue la produzione di sacchettatrici a

trasmissione meccanica; queste ultime, sono le pi dif-

fuse sul mercato, in virt di un ottimo rapporto qualit/

prezzo ma anche per la semplicit di gestione e manu-

tenzione dellimpianto.

Tutte le linee della Curioni Sun consentono di produrre

sia i sacchetti con il cordino, sia quelli con la ma niglia

piatta in carta e, grazie a una soluzione (opzionale) che

prevede anche il doppio manigliatore, possibile otte-

nere una macchina versatile che in pochi mi nuti garan-

We are giving particular

attention to this aspect, with a training pro-gram for our employees. We are a young company that believes inhuman value and we intend to support ouremployees in their professional growth, be -cause being a small company we need tobe aligned perfectly on objectives, addsFulvio Curioni.

WAITING FOR DRUPA 2016The coming months will be all focused onthe organization of Drupa 2016, key eventalso for Curioni Sun, who will be present inGermany with a paper bag making machi-ne with some news that, however, at leastfor now, are absolutely top secret. Drupa is a global event where it is essen-tial to be present, for various reasons, andnot least the opportunity to intercept com-panies looking for new sectors. The produc tion of paper shoppers, insidethe cardboard - converting industry is still aniche sector, which can provide importantdevelopments for the companies that wantto diversify, concludes Fulvio Curioni.

sente in Germania con una sacchettatrice e con alcune

novit sulle quali per, almeno per ora, vige assoluto

riserbo. Drupa una kermesse mondiale nella quale

indispensabile essere presenti, per diversi motivi, non

da ultimo, lopportunit di intercettare aziende alla ricer-

ca di nuovi settori.

La produzione degli shopper in carta, allinterno del

comparto cartotecnico-converting ancora un setto-

re di nicchia, che pu offrire importanti sviluppi per le

so ciet che avessero voglia di diversificare, conclude

USER-FRIENDLYC&C Flexo ha montato su queste macchine apparente-

mente complesse il software Teckman , che, da un

lato, d alloperatore la facolt di interagire con la mac-

chine e dallaltro di interfacciarsi con lassistenza tecni-

ca di C&C Flexo per qualsiasi evenienza.

Aggiornato con le pi moderne tecnologie, si pu inte-

ragire con il software sia in modalit tradizionale (cio su

PC) sia in modalit touchscreen. Questo il concetto di

user-frien dliness declinato da C&C Flexo.

SUCCESSIC&C flexo conta linstallazione di oltre 3000 impianti fles-

sografici nel mondo di cui l80 % ancora funzionanti.

Alla base di questo dato importante c unazienda

tutta italiana, la quale, attraverso i decenni, ha deciso di

seguire internamente lintero ciclo produttivo delle sue

macchine, (conosciute anche con il brand commercia-

le Carint&Carraro): dalla loro progettazione su misura,

Italy, fino alla loro commercializzazione. Non va infine
