Need for Aptitude Training – A New Element

BATU students are keen on focusing technical skills and soft skills.

Our Employability skill training program has created a huge impact on their confidence, behaviour and attitude.

Our industry interactions and feedback from our National placement team has found out the need for Aptitude training for BATU students.

Previous year placement analysis has led a thought process to the institution that most of the companies consider Aptitude as their first and foremost selection criteria

Both the parties agreed to the need of Aptitude training resulted in sourcing new trainers followed by Train the Trainer program.

24 hours of rigorous training in Aptitude has been given for all the departments.
