Examples and Business Benefits 1
Problem: Customers need to sign an agreement letter. The letters’ content
and content length vary. A customer’s signature should appear right after
the end of the letter’s content.
Answer: Use WebMerge to merge the data to create the letter. The
WebMerge template includes a CoSign Signature Field Locator.
CoSign Click will automatically prompt the customer to sign in the right
location on the page.
Benefit: Quick solution with no programming!
Examples and Business Benefits 2
Problem: A bank needs all of its employees to sign a Regulations
Acknowledgement once per year.
Answer: Use an Excel employee list with WebMerge and CoSign Click to
automatically send signing requests to the employees.
Each employee signs a personalized acknowledgement.
Benefit: Quick solution with no programming!
Expanding the solution: write a small program to retrieve the signed
agreements and store them in SharePoint or another ECM
Examples and Business Benefits 3Problem: A CRO wants trial participants to complete and sign a form.
Some of the form’s fields are prefilled with data from the CRO’s portal.
Answer:
1. The portal redirects the participant to a form service (eg JotForm,
FormStack) that supports “prefilled” fields with data from the CRO’s portal
2. The participant completes the form online
3. The Form service sends the data to WebMerge
4. WebMerge creates a PDF and sends it to the participant for signing via
CoSign Click
Benefit: Problem solved with no programming!
