What is the MS-CPAS2?

• CPAS stands for Career Planning Assessment System

• This test is given to all first and second year students (except those taking a national certification test)

• For those students enrolled in a second a year course, the first year and second year CPAS scores are averaged together to give the final CPAS score.

• Why is it important for me to score well on the CPAS or national certification test?– You must pass the CPAS or

national cert to be accepted into the second year of a program

– Those who have an average score of 80 or better on CPAS and plan to attend NEMCC in the same field of study will be able to take advantage of the articulation agreement

– CPAS Reward Day
