Provide information to support the decisions of the Library Management Staff.

Find out the relevant points to take into account inside the Learning Center restructuring

because it reveals the usage of the different

areas/services in the library, unlike exit gate

counting.

Steps

divide the usage in 18 different activities

and the space in 10 zones according to its

characteristics (mapping)

sweep the floors following a established route

every opening hour during 1 week

include 1 user in 1 activity
