COVENANT LIFE CHURCH
UPCOMING EVENTS
Covenant Life Church Sunday, May 7, 2017
GREETINGS FROM THE PASTOR
Thank you for joining us this morning. It’s our desire that our worship,
fellowship, and time in the Word of God will bless you and draw you
closer to God. Our goal as a church is to love God with all our hearts
and love our neighbors as ourselves as we honor and glorify the name
of Christ. I sincerely hope you experience the love of Jesus as we seek
and worship Him together.
Pastor Tim
Nursery is available during the service for children ages newborn to 3.
Feel free to stay with your child or leave him or her with our trained care
provider.
We have classes for ages 4-7 & 8-12 that provide a fun and safe
environment for your children to learn about God. The children will be
dismissed to go downstairs prior to the message. If you prefer your
children stay in the service, they are welcome!
FOR THE CHILDREN
Please take a moment to fill out the connection card in the pew pocket.
It is one of the ways we can get to know and care for you. If you have a
prayer need include that, our prayer team will pray for you this week.
After completing the card, please bring it to the welcome center to
receive your free gift package.

CLC CHURCH LIFE CONTINUES IN THE LIFE GROUPS
“Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all people. And the Lord added to
their number daily those who were being saved.” Acts 2:46-47
We encourage you to join a life group. Meetings take place in members’ homes. It’s a great time of fellowship, discussion, and prayer. They are
for adults of all ages, stages of life, and spiritual maturity.
The benefits of being a part of a life group: You will build spiritually enriching relationships, be in an ideal
environment for spiritual growth, be challenged to put God’s truth into practice, be regularly prayed for and cared for and will enjoy regular
fellowship with other believers.

Thank you to all who supported CompassCare’s 2017 “Walk for Life” yesterday, either by walking or sponsoring someone who did walk. It was a good time in spite of the cloudy day and cool weather. The rain
held off!!! As of the end of the walk yesterday CompassCare had raised $195,000 toward their $233,000 goal. Please continue to pray that the rest of the funds come in and that 2017 will be a banner year in saving
the lives of the unborn and caring for woman who choose to save their babies in the Rochester region.
