Welcome to Covenant Life Ministries first newsletter.
This newsletter will be published monthly and will
focus on the life of the church, upcoming events, ministry opportunities, and provide members of the
church with articles to read from both the church staff
and members of the church.
So if you have a success story, testimony, accomplishments, events,
suggestions, or just want to recognize someone and would like to share, “We
Want to Hear From You”.

April, CLM held an event
challenging everyone to “Bring Someone to
Church”. This event was
a great success. We
welcomed 23 visitors.

A Message from the Pastor
We are honored that you
have chosen to visit us
and want to send a message of thanks and
heartfelt love and
appreciation to all who
have supported
Covenant Life Ministries
(CLM) in any capacity. If
you have never visited
our church service and
received the Love of God
from the CLM family,
don't wait for another
Sunday to pass! John
3:16 states; "for God so
loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that
whoever believes on Him shall not
die but have eternal
life." This kind of Love
must be taught through discipleship and
experienced through
relationship. No one is
perfect and everyone has
sinned according to
God's Word. Therefore,
it is imperative that you
connect to a bible
believing church that
demonstrates the Love
of God that will cause
you to mature and love
in ways you never
imagined, and yes, even forgive the unforgivable. If you don't
know, God loves YOU!
God has answered a prayer that you
didn't even realize you needed to
pray by allowing you to read this message. That is how much He
Loves YOU! For He knows at
Covenant Life Ministries--CLM,
souls are being set free from bad
choices, the power of God is
changing people from the inside out
and right now, the Love of God is
flowing through God's people at
Covenant and awaits your arrival!
That's right! We want you to know
what it is like to experience God's
Love in the earth. Come taste and
see that the Lord is Good!

You do not want to miss this event, so mark your calendar.

Bible Study takes place through
weekly field team sessions. Field
Teams meet in small groups so that CLM members and friends can grow
into disciples for Christ; walk with a
purpose; and develop a foundation
that will provide a network of
Christian brothers and sisters who
hold each other accountable as they
become spiritually mature in their
Christian faith.
Field Teams will resume their nine-
week session week of May 14th. If
you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to sign up for a field
team near you.

youth to live purpose driven lives in
accordance with the Will of God. Equipping the youth with the
necessary tools to accurately respond to the issues of life while
maintaining integrity and
humility.
April 2, 2017, CLM celebrated its
first bi-lingual service. We were
honored to host Pastor and Mrs.
Rafael Contreras (Good Samaritan
Church, Sosua, Dominican
Republic), as well as our good
friends Fran and Margarita.
Pastor Rafael Contreras preached
during this service and Fran and
Margarita performed the
translation. If you missed this service, email the Media Ministry

The last word in the bible (New Testament) is “Amen”.
The shortest verse in the NIV Bible is John 11:35: “Jesus wept.”
The longest chapter in the Bible is Psalm 119 with 176 verses.
The word “Grandmother” only appears once in the bible (English Version), 2 Timothy 1:5.
Psalm 118:8 is the center of the Bible: “It is better to take refuge in the Lord Than to trust in
man.” (NASB)
The shortest chapter in the Bible is Psalm 117, it only has 2 verses.

On March 29, 2017, Diane Blake
(know as—”Mama Blake”, “Deaconess
Blake” “Momma”) went home to be
with the Lord.
Diane Blake led the Children’s
Church Ministry, New Member’s
Ministry, and was an integral
member of the Member Care
Ministry.
Gone but Not Forgotten
International Mission Outreach—We Bring the Do!!!!! CLM continues to support our extended families in
the Dominican Republic. “Thank You” to all for
your time, support and continual donations as we
continue to advance the Kingdom of God.
