» Opportunities and Contracts linked project records can run project reports. Available reports are:

» Project Status Report

» Project Non-Labor Detail Report

» Project Labor Summary Report

» To run these reports,

» User ID has been assigned rights to the screen

» A parameter ID needs to be set up and saved (screen shot below) for each report.

» Unique parameter IDs may be needed for Opportunities and Contracts if options vary



» Configure Opportunity Settings and Configure Contract Settings

» Add the saved report parameters

» Select the FY/Period/Subperiod Selection

» Use Accounting Period Below will be updated with the Project Status Report Tables application.

» Use FY/Period/Subperiod from the selected stored report parameter in the reports.


» In Manage Opportunities/Contracts, select the Projects Linked subtask




» This subtask displays information about the projects linked to the opportunity or contract.

» This screen cannot be manually updated. The Opportunity ID and Contract ID must be added to the related projects CTM Opportunity ID and CTM Contract ID in Manage Project User Flow under the Details tab.

» In this screen the project can be expanded to see the lower levels.

» To run a project report, select the row



» Then select the Print Preview or Print Menu icon at the top of the page

and the report you want to run.
