① Guide Channel should be installed based on the drawing , will be horizontal and vertical and parallel with the direction of machine.

② Guide Channel connection parts should be exactly fitted and be sure that there’s no gap in the edge side.③ Install Tie-wrap at the edge of Fixing Point and Moving Point to fix tightly for cables.④ Installation place of Moving Bracket is to be authorized height.⑤ Installation regulation for GC and Shift chain should be observed below rules of tolerance.

<Rule of Tolerance> -. Tolerance limit of straight : ±2.0mm (About The Connection part of Each 2 M panel of Guide channel)-. Tolerance limit of Parallel : ±2.0mm (Between the part of Rail and the center of Guide Channel)-. Tolerance limit of Horizontality : ±2.0mm (About the bottom of Guide Channel)

Bad Status of inserted cables

Remarks If you installed as same as bad status as above without any consideration of gravity's direction or in case of installation close moving side of production, cables cycle time will be short, be damaged of cable chain itself and any accident occurrence.

Straightness

The center of fixing & moving point of cable chain, should be same way.

1. The setting point of Fixing & Moving bracket should be conforminitied.2. When the 2 points is confiminity, straightness and degree of parallelization of cable chain is the most appropriate status.

Self-Supporting

Chain Lenght(LS/2) which forms straight under set-up condition of The chain and does not loose down depending on weight of inserted cables into the cable chain.
