CR Revolution 2
Corporate social responsibility is still an issue to its maximum potential, being
untapped and growing in Cluj Napoca environment. As a result a project targeted on
the topic may have a significant impact.
Being at the second edition, CR Revolution is the biggest project on corporate
responsibility, organized by AIESEC Cluj Napoca, offering the possibility of
companies, students and NGOs to collaborate and engage directly and positively on
the local life of Cluj Napoca .
The project includes activities, long term/short term management strategies and
events that would include in alternate steps all the stakeholders in order to create
relevant CR initiatives.
Targeted companies:
Bechtel, ISDC, SoftVision, Mol, Royal Bank, Holcim, Orange, Vodafone,
Petrom, Tuborg, Ursus, Farmec, Skoda.

Teams of 5 students and the companies involved will be able to work:
external : case study on local and current topics that we face in the
field of CR/environmental/social problems, finally presenting
recommendations of the strategy to end of the project during the CR
Gala, in front of the municipality, the media and the stakeholders of the
project; we give subjects or issues which they will do a research on and
find possible strategies and solutions, budget, activities, etc.
internal: making CR plan within the company - short or long term plan
to reduce costs through cleaner alternatives or education on the plan
among employees. These will be finalized into case studies published on
responsabilitatesociala.ro or the site of the project.
Events:
Bicycle March – as a part of the promotion campaign and in partnership
with local NGOs, people in suits will march on their bicycles on the
streets of Cluj Napoca.

CR University - during this event the students will be provided with
information about the project and its internationalism identity and also
trainings will be provided by specially selected speakers from companies
or NGOs involved in CSR . The conference aims to answer questions
regarding: What is and what is not CSR? What is its purpose and how is
it seen in Romania? Which are the benefits of CSR on students?
CR Gala – will consist of the closing event for the activity of students
where the results from each campaign, its impact and results will be
presented in order to create a culture of this kind of initiatives.
The students will continue their activity in Exchange, mainly on development,
to ensure other great CSR projects in different areas of the world.

Profile of the participants:
Students of the 2nd and 3rd year of Undergraduate Studies and Master Studies
from: Faculty of Environmental Science, Faculty of Sociology and Social Work,
Faculty of Geography, UASVM (University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary
Medicine).
