health. Scientists and medical practitioners are finding that the things you

There are simple changes you can make starting today that will help to

Here is a checklist that will start you on the journey to creating a safer,

Keep dust under control - House dust aggravates allergies and

inside your home. I don’t know about you, but when I walk into a
cluttered environment it can be overwhelming.
Incorporate things that are pleasing to the senses – Make the best
use of color, your sense of smell and lighting to create a relaxing,
stress free environment.
Eliminate pesticides - Pesticides kill roaches, mice, ants, and lawn
pests. But overexposure and chronic small exposures may put
children at risk of a range of health problems, including asthma,
learning disabilities, and problems with brain development.
Limit exposure to bisphenol A and phthalates – Phthalates are a
group of chemicals that are used in the manufacture of common
household products. They are also found in plastic bottles and food
containers. Make the switch to glass or non-plastic containers when
you microwave leftovers or other foods.
