FOUR WAYS TO PARTICIPATE WITH US
We know it can be hard to justify the time and work which goes into presenting at specialist events; however participation in
IQPC events is a fantastic opportunity. In return for dedicating your valuable time, we can offer you the following benefits:
You will raise the profile of yourself and your company through our marketing campaign and at the event
You will receive free registration for the conference including documentation, and have the opportunity to network
extensively and share best practice strategies with your peers
Case studies from leading organizations and presentations from industry experts will give you the chance to
benchmark your practices, and hear latest developments
For personal development you will receive feedback from the delegates on your presentation content and style
As a token of our appreciation we will extend significant discounts to your colleagues if they wish to attend
Plus it is an extremely useful and enjoyable experience!
PLEASE NOTE: IQPC PRESENTERS DO NOT HAVE TO SUBMIT A FORMAL PAPER
However we do ask that you send us copies of your slides for distribution to the attendees. These are needed approximately 3
weeks prior to the event. Sessions are usually 45 minutes long, allowing 5-10 minutes for questions within that. Among the ways
to participate:
CONFERENCE CHAIRMAN:
True experts in a given field, and those who would
provide the insight, leadership and dynamism
required to keep an international conference
relevant, valuable and interesting, are asked to chair
the event. This unique and prestigious position of
responsibility allows you to work closely with the
event team on the day and have unrivalled access to
all speakers and VIPs. The key advantage of this
option is that you are placed at the top of the bill, you
receive unrivalled access to all of the participants, you
are remembered long after the event has run, and
you learn a lot too!
MAIN CONFERENCE SPEAKER:
The most standard form of participation, each of IQPC’s
conferences is built around a two day conference with 16-20
speakers. Realizing our speakers are busy, we require no
papers to be written, instead, our experts are asked to
deliver PowerPoint presentations ranging from 30-45
minutes in length. This is a traditional, informative, and
rewarding way to participate in an international technical
conference. The key advantage of this option is that you get
the full benefit of preparing, delivering and receiving
invaluable feedback on a project that you have worked on
for some time. It’s fun too!
INTERACTIVE PANELIST:
For those where time is too short to even prepare a
30-45 minute presentation, the opportunity to sit on
the event’s interactive panel sessions is a time-
efficient way to participate in an IQPC conference.
Panellists are joined by 2-3 of their peers and invited
to field general Q&A in an informal atmosphere from
the audience. The key advantage of this option is that
no preparation is required in advance, and you still
get to benefit from attending as our VIP guest.
INTERACTIVE FOCUS DAY LEADER:
Ideal for those discussing issues for which 30-45 minutes
simply isn’t enough, workshop facilitation involves spending
3-6 hours with a small, select group of peers involved in the
same work benchmarking, offering experiences, and
explaining the ‘ins and outs’ of a relevant subject. Groups
are limited in size to enhance the interactivity, and sessions
can be presented with colleagues too. The key advantage of
this option is that you get the chance to get the most
detailed, in-depth and thorough feedback from a group of
your peers from outside your company on a project close to
your heart.
