DISD Class Rosters Report - Secondary Gives you a print out of all teachers, periods, and students enrolled in the class. YES Great information while preparing for ACPs.

DISD LEP Student Accommodation Report Provides the STAAR accommodations for LEP students. NO

Gives you their accommodations and schedules. This should be placed on file in a binder. Get this from the LPAC Chair.

DISD List of Student Schedules

Gives you the schedules for all students (you can request it as a whole or by grade level and you can request both first and/or second semester) This prints out like a report card. NO Get this from you data controller.

DISD Migrant Roster Provides a list of migrant students. NOInformation needed for STAAR and TELPAS. Get this from your LPAC Chair.

DISD Needs to Pass Fall Exit TAKS Roster Provides a list of student who have not passed TAKS. YESLook up each student prior to testing to verify the report's accuracy.

DISD Transcript Working Document Provides middle and high school transcript information for individual students. YESGood for looking up year into 9th and year into 1st EOC.

DSDR Social Security Roster Provides you student social security numbers. NO

Good for testing when bubbling student scantrons. Get this from the Data Controller. It should not be shared with anyone.

DISD Student Education Plan Provides credit completion by graduation plan. YESProvides the same information as the transcript in a different format.

Student Schedule Report Gives you current enrolled students schedules. YESOutput is only one per page in alpha not by grade level.

School Data ExtractCan provide you of list of current students enrolled in excel. You can request for it to include a certain period and student social security numbers. NO

Good if your campus is really large and your principal wants a live report with class periods included. Can only be run by a high level data analyst and only requested by your campus principal.
