ZIMBRA EMAIL SIGNATURES

Creating Zimbra Outlook Signatures:

Click on FILE tab

Click on Options tab

Pop-up Window then Click on Mail tab

Click on Signatures… button on the right

Pop-up Window Click on New to create a new signature or you can select the existing signature you want to edit.

To create a new signature

Edit existing signature

Give NEW Signature a Name (example: MySignature) and Hit OK when name has been added

New Template called MySignature has been created

Add the new text want to have for your signature here

Click on this icon Insert Image you want use for your signature here

(it will want to find the image on your computer)

Click on this icon to add a hyperlink other websites by clicking here

IMPORTANT!!!!

Change the selection of New messages and replies/forwards to your new signature (do this for both – New messages and Replies/forwards:

Click OK when finished and click Ok to save changes
