Boutique Bar Brands is a experienced team of brand managers dedicated to launching and managing premium drinks brands in

the UK market. Together we have over 50 years combined experience managing drinks brands across the craft beer and

premium spirits market.

Boutique Bar Brands was founded in 2012 by Philip Harding and Don Parkin to specifically facilitate the strategic expansion and

sales growth of our clients. We achieve this by formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies tailored to each

client. Out in the trade we operate as a direct sales function and act as passionate and influential brand ambassadors on behalf

of your brand.

We have launched over 15 different drinks brands in the UK, including working with some of the UK’s most high profile drinks

companies helping them and their brands to achieve global recognition.

Bellerose

We are extremely proud of what we have

achieved with Bellerose building it from a zero

base in the UK to full national distribution.

Working closely with the small artisans brewery

in Lille, we have slowly built up the brand over

4 years which is now listed in wholesalers such

as James Clay, Matthew Clark, Nectar,

Amathus, HT White and Hills Prospect.

As well as many listings in on trade accounts

Bellerose is now listed in 200 Marks and

Spencer’s stores nationally.

Gotlands Bryggeri

We have great experience of working with high

quality imported beers from the USA, France,

Sweden and Italy.

Gotlands Bryggeri produces exceptional quality,

English inspired beers including Sleepy Bulldog,

Sweden’s best selling craft beer.

We found an importer and helped establish the

brand in the UK, gaining listings in a number of

key Scandinavian-style accounts in London,

michelin starred restaurants as well as some of

London’s premier craft beer bars.

Fuller’s Frontier

In 2012 we were the first external consultancy to work

with Fuller’s Brewery with the specific task of establishing

their new kegged craft lager, Frontier.

Launched in May 2013 Frontier is now listed in over 500

accounts nationwide and distributed by a variety of

wholesalers. We continue to represent Frontier in the on

trade.

Island Records Session IPA

We were brought on board to launch the Island Records

Session IPA beer on behalf of the legendary records label

in 2015.

We launched the beer at Craft Beer Rising in February

2016 and quickly achieved listings in two regional

wholesalers in the South as well as numerous listings in

accounts from casual dining restaurants to craft beer

bottle shops.

Recently we achieved further listings in two wholesalers

opening up distribution in the Midlands and Northern

England.

Over 15,000 Litres sold in first 5 months (51% cans, 49%

keg sales)

Harry Bromptons

BBB is part of the team who developed Harry

Brompton’s Ice Tea – the UK’s first alcoholic iced tea.

From the initial concept and through the full brand

development to trade launch, BBB has contributed to

the complete process of bringing a new product to

market. Now 30 months since the first trade listing

Harry Brompton’s is available through 14 different

wholesalers, has an account base of over 250 pubs,

bars and restaurants. Harry Brompton’s is also

available in 236 Waitrose stores nationwide, 250

Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Harrods, As Nature Intended and

Wholefoods.

El Dorado Rum & Four Roses Bourbon

Achieved 125% of 6 month distribution

targets, within 3 months.

During first full financial year looking after

the brands (Oct 11 – Sep 12) the ledger of

accounts grew to increase revenue by

22.8% like for like while the company’s

overall performance was tracking c-20%

decline. For the financial year (Oct 12 –

Sep 13) Profit grew by 94%

Copper Head Gin (UK)

Launching Copper Head Gin in

the UK from a base of zero.

Numerous listings in premium

London chains such as Barworks,

key London bars and hotels

including Hinds Head Hotel

(Heston Blumenthal). Gaining a

listing in Nectar within 2 months of

being launched, due to demand

from the premium gin venues.

Whyte & Mackay

Achieved a 350% increase in Whyte and

Mackay sales in the Meridian area in 6

monthly sales 2009 (May - Sept) compared to

the same 6 monthly period in 2008 when the

blended scotch category had a decline of -

17%. In the same time period and area

Vladivar Vodka experienced 25% growth

compared to a -5% decline in total Vodka

sales. (Neilson data)

During a 2 month secondment in Spain, with

the objective of launching the brand,

developing brand awareness and presence

along the Costa Del Sol both at account level

and with RTM’s. All targets were achieved

with a total of 154 accounts being opened in 2

months. Plus clearing 100 cases of obsolete

Events

At the forefront of the craft beer movement BBB

has established itself as a leading provider of

beer focused staff training, events, festivals and

additional support to the sales process.

We run beer focused events under “The House

of Boda” banner and have worked with Aviva,

Google, Citi Group, Ernst Young, Hampton

International, KLM, Qantas, Royal Sun Alliance,

A.I.G, Hogan Lovells & Holeman Fenwick Willan

providing top quality craft beer and food

matching experiences.

Export

We are set up to manage the whole process for

your brand from pricing to logistics.

Working with Harry Brompton’s Alcoholic Iced

Tea we have developed export volumes in 12

countries globally and continue to push this area

as a key opportunity for our clients.

We are currently working on the export strategy

over a 3 year period for Island Records and

Cranes. Island Records Session IPA is already

exporting to Australia only three months since its

launch.

Gaining listings in wholesalers is vital for the growth of a brand. Over the years we have built up strong relationships with some

of the UK’s most recognised drinks wholesalers. We have national coverage through a network of partner wholesalers which

allows us to supply into key cities around the UK like Manchester, Nottingham, Brighton, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff. We

currently have brands listed with the below major wholesalers as well as many smaller regional wholesalers.

Off Trade

Our partners in the off trade include some of the UK’s most loved local specialty bottle shops to global retail giants like Whole

Foods and Costco. We also work with some of the UK’s largest online retailers to ensure you can capture sales in the key

emerging digital e-commerce channels. We work closely with our brands to manage every step of this process.

Out of Office, the home of Boutique Bar Brands,

is a new community driven social enterprise and

shared work space for freelancers,

entrepreneurs and small businesses in South

West London.

Out of Office is not only an extension of our

business and where we work but is also a a

showcase for our brands, allowing us to engage

with customers, conduct taste tests and training

sessions both for you and the public.

We run numerous tasting events, popups,

private events and product launches in our

quirky space!
