History 101 Pangaea Buddy WalkerPARTNER RELAY:You and a partner will travel to a continent on a buddy walker to get the item that represents that continent. First team to have all 7 items wins. History 102- Stonehenge Memory

TEAM BUILD: Your team will have 30 seconds to look at this image and then will race to build the Stonehenge with boxes from memory. History 103- Sail Around the World

RELAY LINES:The first person will use a fan to wave the air to carry your teams boat around the tire. First group to get their boat to make 6 trips around the tire is the winner. History 104- Seven Hills of Rome

Glow in the DARKJust for FUN: Glow in the Dark Obstacle Course. Try to only step on the glow in the dark items. Math 101- Dont Throw Money Away

RELAY LINES:First person in your line will get the correct amount given and then will put it in the bucket after a few rounds your team will add up the total. If your team has the correct amount then your team will win. This game could have more than one winning team. Math 102- Measuring Up

Relay Lines: The first person will go with a partner to measure one of the sports equipment and then will return to record it on the team record paper. Then the next set of two team members will go to measure a different item. Once all items have been recorded then you will total the amounts up in inches.

To win: The team to get the correct total of inches-- wins. Maybe e more than one winner.

Math 103- Fraction of a . SecondRELAY LINES: Hula Hoop Bridge to the other end to get the pie piece to complete the fraction. Level 1-K&1 Level 1&2- 2nd & 3rd Level 1,2&3- 4th and 5th Math 104- Counting on a Parachute

TEAM EFFORT: Each player will stand by their color. The Commander holds up a green Frisbee and everyone will shake the parachute. The object of the game is to keep the teams color on the parachute. When the commander holds up the red Frisbee, everyone will freeze and set the parachute down. Next, the commander will then collect the remaining balls on the parachute. Each team will total the numerical value according to their color. The highest numeric value wins. Recess 301- Dont Mess with TX

RELAY LINES:First person in each line will run to get ONE recycled item on the playground and put it back in their recycling bin.

Group with the most items are the most TEXAN. Yippy!!!Dont Mess with TX

Recess 302- Ball Over the Wall Math1 2 3 4 5 6 1 2 3 4 5 6 1 2 3 4 5 6 1 2 3 4 5 6 Each player will sit on a number in their color line. When the answer to the math problem is their number, they will crab walk to the inside of the square to kick the Skyball . They are trying to kick the ball over another teams line to give that team a point. Lowest score wins! Players on the sideline are encouraged to slide on their line and the ball to keep the ball from crossing their line.

Recess 304- Great Balls of Numbers

The balls that go through the correct color ring are added together for a total . The team with the highest score wins. Drama 401- Dress Like Your Teacher

RELAY LINES:

One person on each team is chosen to be the still model for the group. Each team member will take turns adding clothes to make the model look like their teacher. Teacher will choose the winning group.

Art 402- Color Wheel Musical Chairs with colored poly spots as the chairs. When the Commander stops the music then he will hold up a sign with a type of grouping such as Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary Colors to serve as the chair to get on. As the game progresses and less kids are playing the Commander will call out color addition.

Example: Red and Yellow= everyone gets on Orange

P.E. 403- Chicken Catch-a-torie

The Commander will call the team color to be taggers This can change quickly listen carefully. Music 404- Box of SoundsThis game is played just like the card game Memory. One person from each team will try to make a match by shaking 2 boxes only. The boxes will need to be put back in their designated spot. When you find a match then you will tell your team and draw a line connecting the two numbers,

Science 501- Water CycleAccumulation

Science 502- Physic FrogsLaw of Conservation of Momentum. In elementary terms...the ball's large size is "transferred" or "converted" to the small bean bag in the form of velocity.Video: Physic Frogs

Science 503- Predator vs. Prey

The bunnies are running through the forest trying to get the food tokens. While the awnry coyotes are trying to take their tails. Round 2- May build triangle shelters with 3 cones. Bunnies are safe for 10 seconds. One red, blue, green and yellow coyote as taggers. Science 504- Its Electric

Power SourceLoadControl DeviceRELAY LINE: Get all of the components for the circuit and then make sure they connect with the jump rope. Then join in a circle to make an electricity ball light up. Be the first group to create a Closed Circuit to WIN!!!!! English 601- Giant Scrabble

TEAM EFFORT: 3-5 --Each team will be given a stack of letters and will take turns playing a word on the ground. Just like real scrabble.

K-2 Will make as many words on the fence line using clothes pins to hold them up. Team with the most words wins.

English 602- Prepositional

BowlingRELAY LINES: The first person on each team will bowl and if a pin is knocked over they must complete that preposition to their team before the next player can bowl. They must also yell the preposition out loud to the whole group.

Ex: The pin says AROUND the bowler must run around the whole team and yell AROUND before the ball can be given to the next bowler To Win: First team to knock down all pins or have the most knocked down when time is called. English 603- Half Pipe SentencescatranTEAM EFFORT: Moving words to create a sentence with punctuation. The first team to create a sentence with puncuation wins.. .If there is a tie then the team with the most elaborate sentence wins.
