You can be a part of one of the fastest-growingindustries in Georgia—film and digital media.

Georgia is now the third-busiest film production state in the US and the seventhbusiest region in the world.

Georgia is recognized by the motion picture industry as one of the top-sevenlocations in the country to shoot a film.

New film sound stages are being built or planned every day in the Atlanta area.

The businesses that are moving to Georgia or starting up here because of all thisactivity need trained workers:

On-set crew for films and TV shows

Production office workers

People with skill sets in post-production (editing, animation, special effects)

Clayton State University offers the only non-credit training courses in the statewhich prepares students for these challenging jobs.

Our two-course Digital Film Technician Certificate Program focuses on on-setfilm production skills that can be applied to every media project from film to TV to on-line to commercials, training videos, game design and more.

Our Post-Production Film Editing: Intro to Editing course will provide studentswith basic-level skills related to digital film and video editing and post-production.

These courses are affordable, convenient and very powerful in building students’skills and knowledge on a path to becoming a digital media professional.
