CUBA BENEFIT 2016 is a Cuban inspired fundraiser that will transport you to the shores
of Havana. Enjoy Cuban food, music, art and history to help raise money for our biannual
Cuba mission trip. The benefit will include both a live and silent auction. Mark your
calendars today for a Latino food and fun-filled event.

PAYMENT FORMS ACCEPTED We have multiple methods of payment available at the Cuba2016 Benefit. We can accept both CASH or CHECKS (made payable to Winnetka Presbyterian Church), and we can also accept credit cards
(though a small service fee is charged via PayPal). All items must be paid for before leaving the event - there are no IOUs. AUCTION ETIQUETTE All services and gift certificates are available until May 31, 2017 unless otherwise noted. Please do not ask the donor to extend the deadline. Once a date is agreed upon, do your best not to change it. Changing the date can significantly affect the donor and their willingness to give again next year. Events offered such as dinner parties in homes are for the use of the buyer and their friends and family. In order to honor the donors of this community event, please do not use these events for business engagements. GENERAL AUCTION INFORMATION To pay for your item(s), please proceed to the check out tables in the back of the CLC. The cashier will have your item and/or certificates and they will check you out. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the service provider to make arrangements for the use of purchased items or services. SILENT AUCTION RULES Bidders will write their name on the bid sheet on the first available line. We all know that Silent Auctions can get pretty exciting (and competitive!) but let’s all agree to respect the request that bidding be suspended during Sunday morning worship. The silent auction will be closed at exactly 12:00 noon, and the highest bid at closing constitutes the winning bid.
