Art Works Gallery was proud to work closely with Insight Design on this impeccably designed display suite for the Modello residences in beautiful Burnaby B.C.
The Art Works team was able to make the design firm's plans a reality from creation to install. Filling a 9 x18 foot wall is a challenge that Art Works made seemingly easy. The final product turned out so well that a number of buyers have requested it as an add on for their own home. See the steps taken to make this project come together on the next page.

The client wanted to use the original image above but also wanted the finished piece to be specific dimensions. To keep the integrity of the image and meet the requested size, a runway was created using photoshop. This creative and clever solution fulfilled all the client's wishes.
The same issue of making a picture fit a size came into play here. However, by adding more grey space around the airplane silhouette it was an easy fix.

A piece of pop art inspired by family life was needed to bring this space together. The team at Art Works created the "Ketchup" original artwork in house which allowed the designers at Insight to fully customize the artwork with subject matter, size restrictions and colour palette. After custom framing a mix of personal and stock photographs, a completely cohesive space down to the throw pillows on the banquet was complete.
