On Sunday, we looked at our "21 Days of Seeking Him" with a passage from Psalms 63. This Psalm contains the inspiration we need as we begin our 21 day journey.

1. God is waiting.

"O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water" (v.1).

There are over a 100 verses instructing and inviting us to seek the Lord. In fact, based on Scripture you can stop using the excuse "Well I'm waiting on God" because the way I see it, God is waiting on you.

2. God is wonderful.

"So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory" (v.2).

3. God is worthy.

"So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands" (v.4).

Psalmist is saying: There is nothing more important to me. God is always worthy of my time, attention, and praise. How about you? Is He worthy of your time, attention, and praise? We are all seeking something, who/what are you seeking? What is driving your

passion? What is your motivation, is it the material or the

Almighty?

May God bless and inspire us with His presence on this

journey. Please choose the "21 Days of Seeking Him" reading plan from your YouVersion App, so we can share the same

commentary, scripture, and prayers for the next 21 days. Implement the Daniel fast (no meats or sweets) because it’s time we let the Lord know that we are hungry for Him. Besides sometimes we need to fast to remind our flesh that it's not in control. And one

final word - expect some warfare.

"You said seek my face, my heart said Your face O Lord, I shall seek" (Ps.27:8).

Sr. Adult News... It’s so good to be back doing what I love. We have a great Church Family here at Calvary, and we all should see it as a privilege to be a part of this family. Here it is the first of April. We have just a little over 2 months until our trip to Ohio Amish Country in Berlin, Ohio. Dates are Monday, June 10th-Friday, June 14th. Prices are as follows: Couples $518, 1 Person/Rooming with 1 $259 each, and 1 Person $450. This includes 4 nights hotel at Comfort Suites, 2 meals and 1 show. Hot breakfast provided every morning. You must be signed up by Sunday, April 21st and paid by Sunday, May 19th. This is going to be a great trip! Come with us!

Nursery and 3 year olds will have their hunt during the SS hour, downstairs in

the old Kidz Town room.

4 year olds through 4th grade will hunt after the 11:00 Service, out by the

playground. Parents, please pick up your children first and take them outside.
