DA FUTURE At the young age of 9 years old Future’s 2 year career has mesmerized people across the nation. At the age of 7 Future performed with Slick Rick,Rahzel & the Beatnutz, shortly after which he was featured on the Official Portland Trailblazers Anthem of 2010 that aired on television regularly at the start of games. His next highlight appearances were with Stephen Marley, Killah Priest of Wu-Tang, 10 time grammy winner CeCe Winans and his most recent performance was at a sold out peace concert with Stevie Wonder, Chaka Lhan, Eric Benet, Bobby Brown, Pras Michel & more.. Future was the 3rd to last act on the main stage and he commanded the crowd and left the audience awe struck. Aside from performing with legendary artists Future has appealed to his community as was documented by his appearance with Oregon’s Governor Kitzhaber. Future performed his song “I can be the president” which received instant media attention along with the governor. Now Future is set to perform for President Obama for the re-election initiative and he will be headlining a performance with guests such as Ron “Metta Peace” Artest & Michelle Obama’s brother, Coach Robinson in attendance. Future’s uncanny ability to rhyme precisely and meaningfully along with his swagger, natural confidence and extraordinary poise make him an inspirational figure for our youth and the world at large.
