Release Version 3.2.4.0Release Date: 11/15/2017

5.1 Equipment Page Additions ● No new equipment added in release. ● Added support for the Intelligent Equipment Express solution.

— This solution is designed as a service tool for the field technician to temporarily install on the equipment for troubleshooting purposes and short term monitoring of equipment status, setpoints, and configuration settings. This option does not include the EMM for energy monitoring. Once an issue is resolved or the job is finished the tech can remove it and use it on the next equipment that needs troubleshooting. This is similar to IE Express, but is designed for temporary only use as a service tool.

5.2 Major Changes ● Alarms:

— Addressed the issue where Intelligent Equipment was incorrectly generating a “communication down” alarm from the gateway or unit controller

● Technician / Technician Admin Role: — Discharge Air Temperature (DAT) Reset:

▪ DAT Reset is added for rooftop units under the Controls tab, giving you the ability to determine how the heat/cool reset is controlled, what heat/cool temperature it is set to, and the min/max the heat/cool temperature can reset to.

— A new line chart called “Energy Usage” replaces the previous “Live Power Usage” data to provide more useful information about the energy used by the equipment. The chart also allows you to plot the values to the previous date range set in the chart for easier comparison of energy usage. Data can be plotted for the last Day, the last Week, the last Month, and the last Year.

▪ NOTE: the last Week, Month, & Year are the last periods relative to the current date, not the last calendar week, month, or year. That means:

– Last Day = the last 24 hours, not the previous calendar day

– Last Week = the last 7 days, not last Monday-Sunday.

– Last Month = the last 30 days, not the last calendar month

– Last Year = the last 365 days, not the last calendar year

▪ The ‘Show Previous XX’ checkbox shows the previous time period to the last day/week/month/year selected.

– Example; if today is Wednesday, 12/14/16, then the Week button will show the data from 12/8/16 – 12/14/16. If I select the ‘Show Previous Week’ checkbox then previous week’s data from 12/1/16 – 12/7/16 will plot as a separate line on the chart.
