Sponsorship  Packages  The  DC  Bachata  Congress  &  International  Festival  offers  the  following  sponsorship  packages.  Each  

Package  includes  a  wide  variety  of  Exposure  for  Sponsors  and  can  be  customized  upon  request.  

   

Official  Congress  Sponsor                                            $25,000  .  i.    Maximum  Exposure  and  Inclusion  in  forthcoming  promotional  materials  for  the  Congress  upon  agreement    

ratification.    

i.      Maximum  Exposure  on  the  Official  Sponsor  Banner.    

i.        Maximum  Exposure  on  Animated  Slideshow  of  Sponsors  displayed  throughout  the  Congress.    

i.    Maximum  Exposure  on  Schedules,  Information  Packets,  Flyers,  etc.  provided  to  patrons  during  the  Congress.      

i.    One  (1)  Sponsor  Booth  for  promotional  materials  and  marketing  with  Maximum  Exposure.    

i.    Opportunity  to  place  one  (1)  Banner  by  the  Congress  Stage.  Banners  must  be  provided  by  Sponsor  prior  to    

commencement  of  Congress  and  at  the  responsibility  of  the  Sponsor.    

i.    Opportunity  to  promote  products/services  and/or  provide  give-­‐aways  and  promotional  material  at  agreed    

upon  times  and  dates  throughout  the  Congress  (TBD  upon  Agreement  Negotiations.  Example:  Speaking  for    

i.    Two  (2)  minutes  during  Saturday  night’s  show  and  giving  away  products.  

i.      Opportunity  to  place  Marketing  Materials  in  designated  areas  within  the  Congress.    

i.    Maximum  exposure  on  live  broadcast  of  concerts  to  our  online  followers.
