Efficiency, earning, safety and quality; these features allow de Manincor’s wood stoves to comply with the limits imposed by the strict European emission standards (VKF, BlmSchV, 15a B-VG post 2015).

The ECOPLUS® System

EnvironmentA de Manincor’s primary value has always been to develop and research to produce an appropriate systems to protect the environment and the ecosystem.

Wood: a renewable and environmentally-friendly source of energyA convenient and renewable source of energy, wood provides low-cost heating systems. Optimizing combustion means minimizing pollution.

The ECOPLUS® System used in de Manincor’s cooking ranges improves combustion: a pre-heated secondary airflow passes over the flame and burns off remaining gas, thereby reducing carbon monoxide an particulate emissions levels to the minimum.

The correct combustion improves the heating efficiency over time thanks to a reduced amount of waste.

1 - Primary air: prepares the wood to combustion; drying and realising the gasses. Generally the primary air comes from the ash and is adjustable.

2 - Secondary air: feeds the heart of combustion with the airflow coming from the fire door, both with the airflow passes over the flame.

EXTERNAL FLUE AIR

If the stove is to be fitted into a kitchen, it is recommended to have a sensible distance between the stove and the kitchen furniture.

For the built-in models, wood cookers and termocookers of the Domino al Classica line, we have available perforated spacer that allows for a safe and easy installation.

For the installation in a particular airtight homes, as low energy or passive houses, may be necessary to sample the combustion air direcly from the outside.

On request the Domino line models D6 and D8 and also the Classica line model F800, F900 and A900 can be easily connect to an external flue exit.
