WE INVITE YOU TO BECOME A PART OF THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH FAMILY At the close of each service we give an invitation to accept Christ as Lord and Savior and to become a member of this church. We offer this opportunity during the singing of the hymn of commitment. If you wish to become a member of First Baptist Church, simply walk to the front while the hymn is being sung and tell the minister the decision you wish to make. This church receives members in the following ways: BY PROFESSION OF FAITH AND BAPTISM You receive Christ into your life as your personal Savior and Lord. You profess faith in Christ by publicly acknowledging that you have received Him, by being baptized as He directed, and by living for Him. You need to know the following to receive Christ: 1. God Loves You. John 3:16 2. God intends Abundant Life for You. John 10:10b 3. You Have Sinned. Romans 3:23 4. Sin Robs You of Life. Romans 6:23a 5. God Offers You Life in Christ. Romans 6:23, 5:8 6. You Must Believe and Confess. Romans 10:9-10 BY TRANSFER OF LETTER FROM ANOTHER BAPTIST CHURCH If you are already a member of another Baptist Church, we will write to them for a transfer of your letter. BY STATEMENT OF FAITH AND NEW TESTAMENT BAPTISM If your membership is in another denomination, you may join this church upon your statement that you have previously trusted Christ as your Lord and Savior and have received baptism by immersion. If you have not been baptized by immersion to profess your faith in Christ, we would ask you to join us in that experience in becoming a member of this church. WE INVITE YOU TO BECOME A PART OF THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH

FAMILY At the close of each service we give an invitation to accept Christ as Lord and Savior and to become a member of this church. We offer this opportunity during the singing of the hymn of commitment. If you wish to become a member of First Baptist Church, simply walk to the front while the hymn is being sung and tell the minister the decision you wish to make. This church receives members in the following ways:

BY PROFESSION OF FAITH AND BAPTISM

You receive Christ into your life as your personal Savior and Lord. Romans 10:9-10

BY TRANSFER OF LETTER FROM ANOTHER BAPTIST CHURCH

If you are already a member of another Baptist Church, we will write to them for a transfer of your letter.

BY STATEMENT OF FAITH AND NEW TESTAMENT BAPTISM

If your membership is in another denomination, you may join this church upon your statement that you have previously trusted Christ as your Lord and Savior and have received baptism by immersion. If you have not been baptized by immersion to profess your faith in Christ, we would ask you to join us in that experience in becoming a member of this church.
