Dear First-Time Exhibitor: Welcome to IWF 2016! Since you are a first-time exhibitor at IWF, we want to help make your first exhibiting experience a successful one. There may be a number of details unfamiliar to you regarding operations and promotional opportunities at the Fair. IWF is happy to offer a “First-Time Exhibitor” benefits program for companies who are participating for the first time as an exhibitor. This is to ensure that your first year as an IWF exhibitor is the best experience possible. Please review the attached ‘First-Time Exhibitor Benefits” and email [email protected] for additional information. GES, the official general contractor for the Fair, has created options for turn-key booth packages to make exhibiting at IWF 2016 easier. I have included the order form with this letter. If you should have any questions regarding the turn-key booth packages, please contact Melissa Abbott with GES at (phone) 770- 372-1604, (fax) 770-372-1638 or (email) [email protected]. Recently, you received instructions to obtain the IWF 2016 Exhibitor Information Manual and to access the GES Online Ordering system. Because the manual has a lot of information, please review carefully the Deadlines page, Display Regulations and Shipping Information. Detailed attention to these areas will save you time and money at IWF 2016. To make things easier, all Exhibitor Quick Links are available on the IWF 2016 website. There you can find links to the Exhibitor Manual, Promotion and Advertising Guide, Deadlines and Checklist, exhibitor registration to register your personnel for show badges, your Exhibitor Dashboard to update your online and printed Show Directory listing, Exhibitor Updates and other important information. To access the Exhibitor Show Planning area please click HERE. Keep an eye out for our monthly Exhibitor Updates highlighting important dates and reminders. Housing & Registration for IWF 2016 Exhibitors and Attendees Click HERE to register your exhibitor personnel and assign them to hotel rooms from one integrated site. IWF is a very large show and you are competing for the buyers’ attention with over 900 other companies! Market your participation in the show by using the IWF 2016 logos. Logos can be found HERE. Complete your online listing by clicking HERE Your company description, category listings and product listings will help IWF match you to interested buyers and deliver your company in product searches done through the Exhibitor Directory. Buyers to IWF have expressed in the past that they do not hear from Exhibitors from whom they requested follow up information. Rules and Regulations Make sure that your exhibit conforms to the IWF Show Rules and Regulations before arriving at the show. Please review the Show Rules and Regulations and make sure your exhibit conforms to the IWF Display Rules and Regulations. This will save you time and money, as you will not need to make any6 last minute changes. General Liability Insurance IWF assumes no responsibility or liability for loss, damage, or theft of items in your exhibit. As an Exhibitor, you are responsible for your property at all times. Exhibitor shall purchase commercial general liability insurance, placed with a financially stable insurance carrier, which insures Exhibitor’s operations and obligations under this agreement. Said policy shall have limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Exhibitor shall cause Management to be named as an Additional insured under the foregoing policy. The foregoing insurance is a minimum requirement and shall in no way limit the liability of Exhibitor. Exhibitor shall furnish evidence satisfactory to Management that Exhibitor has secured and is maintaining the foregoing insurance policy. Ordering early can save you money on almost all IWF vendors' services. Order Booth Services IWF has designated a select group of companies as official vendors for performing the various tasks needed to set-up, operate, and dismantle exhibitors. Click HERE for a list of those services. GES Global Experience Specialist is the official contractor for IWF 2016. The GES online ordering system (Expresso) allows exhibitors to order any GES service for their booth in one convenient location. Use this system to order any carpet, furniture, exhibit systems, material handling, shipping, installation/dismantling signage, and rigging. New this year: Download the GES Expresso Mobile App for use on-site. It allows exhibitors to order last minute items, submit service requests, review order history, invoices and more from anywhere.

Planning Your Shipment – Shipping Tips All Exhibitors must follow the Assigned Freight Schedule. Click HERE to view schedules to determine when your shipment needs to arrive for move-in and picked up on move-out. View directions to the GES Marshalling Yard HERE. Shipment must arrive on the correct date and time to avoid costly freight handling charges. If you are bringing a privately owned vehicle (POV) you must go to the marshalling yard to get POV instructions. Due to increased security, you cannot park in front of or near entrances to the building. All IWF shipping information can be viewed by clicking HERE. Ship wisely! Consolidate materials into as few boxes as possible. You will save on drayage charges. Make sure you have a list of everything you shipped with tracking numbers. For security reasons, do not list contents of your packages on the outside of the crates. Bring less literature. Literature can be heavy and expensive to ship. Gather your leads at the show and mail them information afterwards. Paint your crates a bright color so that you can locate them quickly. Ship early! Ship well in advance of the show and use trucks to avoid having to ship air freight, which can be costly. Pay extra and ship early to the GES warehouse. Shipping to the warehouse before the show gives you piece of mind that your material has arrived and will be first to be delivered to the show floor. Transportation If driving to the show: Purchase a Parking Pass HERE View a Georgia World Congress Map HERE GWCC Navigation from your location HERE Think about public transportation on MARTA, Atlanta’s public rail system. This will save you parking charges at your hotel and the convention center.
