19MY is the first full year of sales for Velar after its 18MY introduction into the market and as such, the product changes from the 18MY launch are highlighted below:
The fuel tank for the V6 engine will increase to 21.6 gallons (was 16.5 at 18MY)
Due to engineering limitations all vehicles include Adaptive Dynamics as standard, and additionally, V6 variants must be equipped with Air suspension. This fixed specification will remain for the duration of 2019 Model Year.
Updated Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) package offerings.
Revisions to these packages can be seen in the Options & Option Packages section of this document.
Revisions to the Recommended / Popular Build section of this document.
Recommended / Popular Build have been streamlined to optimize value and competitiveness.

Smartphone Pack: For 19MY Range Rover Velar, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ are available as part of the Smartphone Package. Drivers are now able to interact with key mobile apps through the vehicle’s touchscreen, in a manner similar to a cellphone. Certain functionality can even be controlled via the vehicle’s Voice Control, providing for additional convenience. Simply connect your smartphone via a compatible cable to the vehicle’s USB port and select Apple CarPlay® or Android Auto™ on the vehicle HMI.
