It is our desire to provide a quality tournament that will help your players improve and have fun. I know things won’t be perfect, but I hope you will enjoy the tournament and remember us next year. We tried to meet everyone’s schedule request to the best of our ability. • There are two coaches’ passes in the packet along with schedules. If you have any questions or comments please call me at 201-5733. I hope I get the chance to meet all of you. Only TWO coaches will be allowed in per team all other will have to pay. • Please remember to encourage your players to respect the facilities they play in over the next couple days. These are nice facilities and I hope to continue to use them. Also I realize everyone wants to win. I am as competitive as the next guy; however, remember that ultimately we are here for the kids. Please use good sportsmanship and treat the officials with respect. • Concessions should be provided at each gymnasium. There is a gate fee for your parents and fans. • We will give out individual medals to 1 st -3 rd place in each division. There will not be a 3 rd /4 th place game in a couple divisions. We do not give out team trophies because most of you have hundreds of them already. If this is something you would like to see changed please tell me. Almost all the feedback I have gotten in previous years said team trophies weren’t necessary. • Please remember to have report cards handy in case of any problems or protests. • Finally, please remember that the first team listed must provide a clock operator and the second team listed must provide someone to do the book.
