TCT’s Long Term Vision and Strategy
TCT Constitution Bylaws, No 7208 of 2013 have been gazetted. A long Term Strategy that gives effect to the Bylaws has been developed as outlined below:

4. Cross-sectorPublic, private, labour,
civil society, knowledge institutions, etc.
Partnering Readiness Assessment
1. Who needs to work together to achieve our objectives? (joined-up mandates, jurisdictions, plans, people, resources, communications, legitimacy)
2. How do we achieve a shared vision and common agenda?(alignment of long term goals with priorities and activities of the partners)
3. How do we translate this into action? (focus on specific action items to build trust in action)
4. Who is best placed to convene and drive the process? 5. Are we willing and able to work together? (institutional
cultures and behaviours, collaborative leadership)
3
