Purpose Statement

• Post and local agencies provide Soldiers and Families with information briefs to address concerns regarding upcoming deployment. This results in Families prepared for the upcoming deployment, registered and familiarize with unit FRGs / Rear-D.

Mission

• The Warhorse Brigade conducts its deployment fair on 2nd, 4th and 5th of April 11 at the Special Event Center, in order to ensure all Soldiers and their Families are familiar with post and local support agencies and are prepared for the upcoming deployment.

BDE CDR’s Intent

Purpose: Post and local agencies provide Soldiers and Families with information briefs / booths.

Key Tasks:• Prepare Families for upcoming deployment• Disseminate information regarding deployment• Register and familiarize Families with unit FRGs / Rear-D

End state: All Soldiers and their Families complete Deployment Fair and are prepared for upcoming deployment, Soldiers are confident in the Brigade’s ability to support their families during deployment
