Professional Leadership – Curriculum/assessment

Assist the Principal and other staff, particularly Heads of Department in the development of curriculum policies ,

School Curriculum reflects policy.

Monitor the delivery of the curriculum through the Heads of Department.

The curriculum is delivered to a high standard.

Monitor that the assessment and evaluation systems being used lead to effective teaching and evaluation of student progress.

Consistent assessment and evaluating systems used.

Staff and Student Management:
