A key feature is its ability to flow text around graphic objects in a variety of ways. Although many word processing programs offer most of these features, a desktop publishing program provides ultimate flexibility.”

EDITING A DOCUMENT WITH HEADINGS
EDITING A DOCUMENT WITH HEADINGS
To efficiently edit a document that has a different font
size for the headings and the body (Example: Headings = 18pt., Body = 14pt.) . . .
1. Highlight the entire document
2. Change the entire document to font size 14 for the body
3. Then go back and change the headings to font size 18
This will eliminate having to highlight each paragraph individually and then the headings to change the font size thus eliminating steps and saving time.
