Concession for J&K Candidates: who had ordinarily been
domiciled in the Kashmir Division in the State of Jammu and Kashmir
during the period 01-01- 1980 to 31-12-1989. Any applicant
intending to avail the relaxation under this Category shall have to
submit a certificate from the District Magistrate in Kashmir
Division within whose jurisdiction she/he had ordinarily resided or
any other authority designated in this behalf by the Govt. of Jammu
& Kashmir to the effect that she/he had ordinarily been
domiciled in the Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu &
Kashmir during the period from 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989. 6. िवधवा,

: Stage-1 – Preliminary Test: It will be a screening examination to
be held to shortlist candidates. The format of screening
examination shall be common and will be in following format: 1. 01

कुल 50 होगें : Examination will comprise 50 multiple choice
questions (Choice of four answers) of 01 (one) hour duration in the

2. ेक सही उ र के िलए 03 (तीन) अंक दान िकए जाएँगे और गलत उ र के

correct answer and 01 (one) mark to be deducted for each incorrect
answer. 3. उपल संसाधनो ंके आधार पर एकल/ब स ो ंम परी ा आयोिजत की
जाएगी| Tests may be conducted in single/multiple sessions depending
upon logistics requirements. 4. अहता मानक : अहता मानक िन ानुसार
होगें : Qualifying Standards : The qualifying standards shall be as

in each trade will be shortlisted for Skill Test. 2. कौशल परी ा

िनणय होगा| The skill test will be of qualifying nature only on Go /
No Go basis. 3. कौशल परी ा के िलए शोट िल िकए गए अ िथयो ंकी सं ा चरण
-2 के िलए यो अ िथयो ंकी सं ा पर िनभर करेगी पर ु यह ेक पद म र यो ंकी

Skill Test

कौशल परी ा के िलए शोटिल िकया जाएगा| Based upon the merit list
prepared after Stage-2, Candidates will be shortlisted for Skill
Test. 2. कौशल परी ा के िलए शोट िल िकए गए अ िथयो ंकी सं ा चरण -2 म उ
ीण अ िथयो ंकी सं ा पर िनभर करेगी पर ु यह ेक पद म र यो ंकी सं ा के
05 गुणा से अिधक नही ंहोगी | The number of candidates shortlisted
for Skill Test would depend upon the number of candidates
qualifying for Stage-2 but shall not exceed 5 times the number of
vacancies for each post. 3. अिस ट ेड -1 हेतु कौशल परी ा Skill test
for Assistant Grade-1
i. पसनल कं ूटर (पीसी) पर टंकण परी ा एवं Typewriting Test on
Personal Computer (PC); and
ii. कं ूटर द ता परी ा Computer Proficiency Test
4. ेनो ेड-1 हेतु कौशल परी ा Skill test for Steno Grade-1 i)
आशुिलिप परी ा Stenography Test ii) पसनल कं ूटर (पीसी) पर टंकण परी
ा; एवं Typewriting Test on Personal Computer (PC);and iii) कं ूटर द
ता परी ा Computer Proficiency Test िहंदी टंकण /िहंदी आशुिलिप का ान
रखने वाले अ िथयो ंको ाथिमकता दी जाएगी| Preference will be given to
those candidates who possess knowledge of Hindi Typing/Hindi
Stenography.
कौशल परी ा केवल अहक कृित की होगी िजसके आधार पर आगे जाना/नही
ंजाना है का िनणय होगा| The Skill tests will be of qualifying nature
only on GO/No Go basis.
5. कौशल परी ा को उ ीण करने वाले अ िथयो ंको शोटिल कर चरण-2 म अिजत
अंको ंके आधार पर बनी यो ता म म पैनल म रखा जाएगा |
Candidates clearing the Skill Test to be shortlisted and

10. बचमाक िनश जन हेतु सामा िदशािनदश General guidelines for
Persons With Benchmark Disabilities a) ुतलेखक का योग करना : Using a
scribe:
ि बािधत अ थ एवं ऐसे अ थ िजनकी लेखन गित थायी प से िकसी भी कारण से
ितकूलतः भािवत है वे परी ा म यं के खच पर अपने ुतलेखक का योग अधोिल खत
सीमाओ ंके तहत कर सकते ह | ऐसे सभी मामलो ंम जहाँ ुतलेखक का उपयोग
िकया जाता है, िन िल खत िनयम लागू
होगें: The visually impaired candidates and candidates whose
writing speed is adversely affected permanently for any reason can
use their own scribe at their cost during the examination, subject
to limits as mentioned below. In all such cases where a scribe is
used, the following rules will apply: i. अ िथयो ंको अपने ुतलेखक की
व था अपने यं के खच पर करनी होगी| The candidate will have to arrange
his/her own scribe at his/her own cost.
ii. अ थ ारा लाया गया ुतलेखक परी ा म अ थ नही ंहोना चािहए| The
scribe arranged by the candidate should not be a candidate for the
examination. iii. यिद पूरी ि या के िकसी भी र पर उ िनयमो ंम उ ंघन
पाया जाता है तो परी ा के िलए अ थ एवं ुत लेखक दोनो ंकी अ िथता िनर की
जा सकती है| If violation of the above is detected at any stage of
the process, candidature for Exam of both the candidates and the
scribe will be cancelled. iv. एक अ थ का ुतलेखक िकसी अ अ थ का ुतलेखक
नही ंहो सकता| A person acting as a scribe for one candidate cannot
be a scribe for another candidate. v. पद के िलए िनधा रत शै िणक
ानशाखा से िभ ानशाखा से ुतलेखक होना चािहए | The scribe should be
from an academic stream different from that stream prescribed for
the post. vi. अ िथयो ंएवं ुतलेखक दोनो ंको ही यह पुि करते ए एक
समुिचत घोषणा करनी होगी िक वह उपयु उ खत ुतलेखक हेतु अनुबंिधत मानदंड
पूण करता है | इसके बाद म यिद यह कट होता है िक उ ोनें िनधा रत पा ता
मापदंडो ंको पूण नही ंिकया है अथवा मह पूण त ो ंको िछपाया है तो आवेदक
की अ िथता िनर मानी जाएगी चाहे िल खत परी ा का प रणाम कुछ भी रहा हो |
Both the candidates as well as scribe will have to give a suitable
undertaking confirming that the scribe fulfils all the stipulated
eligibility criteria for a scribe as mentioned above. Further, in
case, it later transpires that he/she did not fulfil any laid down
eligibility criteria or suppressed material facts, the candidature
of the applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of the result
of the written examination. vii. जो अ थ ुतलेखक का इ ेमाल कर रहे ह
वे परी ा म ेक घंटे के िलए 20 िमनट अथवा परामशानुसार ितपूरक समय के
िलए पा होगें| Those candidates using a scribe shall be eligible for
compensatory time of 20 minutes for every hour of the examination
or as otherwise advised.
b) अ थरोग बािधत िनश अ थ Orthopedically impaired candidates गित
िवषयक िनश ता तथा म प ाघात वाले अ िथयो ंको जहाँ (लेखन मता का) मुख अ
ांग इस र तक भािवत हो िक काय िन ादन धीमा( ूनतम 40% बािधत) हो गया हो
ेक घंटे के िलए 20 िमनट अथवा परामशानुसार ितपूरक समय िदया जाएगा| A
compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour or otherwise as advised
shall be permitted for the candidates with locomotors disability
and cerebral palsy where dominant (writing) extremity is affected
to the extent of slowing the performance of function (minimum of
40% impairment).
c) ि बािधत अ थ Visually impaired candidates:
ि बािधत अ थ (जो कम से कम 40% तक िनश हो)ं परी ा म श ो ंको आवधक ि
ंट म देखने का िवक दे सकते ह तथा ऐसे सभी अ थ ेक घंटे के िलए 20 िमनट
अथवा परामशानुसार ितपूरक समय के िलए पा होगें | Visually Impaired
candidates (who suffer from not less than 40% of disability) may
opt to view the contents of the test in magnified print and all
such candidates will be eligible for compensatory time of 20
minutes for every hour or otherwise as advised for the
examination.

viewing the contents of the test in magnifying font will not be

11. अ िथयो ंके िलए सामा िनदश General Instructions for the
candidates 1. केवल भारतीय नाग रक आवेदन करने के िलए पा ह। Only
Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. 2. वतमान म, उपरो सभी पद
रावतभाटा राज थान साइट के िलए िनिद ह, िकंतु आव कता के अनुसार
भारत/िवदेश म िकसी भी थान पर िनगम की िकसी भी इकाई/साईट म िनगम की आव
कता के अनुसार िनयु िकया जा सकता है। Presently, all above mentioned
posts are identified for Rawatbhata Rajasthan Site but carries with
it the liability to serve in any of the units/Sites of the
Corporation or at any place in India/abroad depending upon the
requirement of the Corporation. 3. आयु सीमा, यो ता एवं यो ता उपरांत
अनुभव की गणना की िनधा रत ितिथ ऑन-लाइन आवेदन भरने की िनधा रत अंितम
ितिथ अथात 24/05/2018 होगी| यिद िक ी ं शासिनक / तकनीकी कारणो ंसे
ऑन-लाइन आवेदन करने की अंितम ितिथ बढ़ा भी दी जाए तो सभी यो ता मानदंडो
ंका िनधारण करने के िलए दी गई िनधा रत ितिथ अथात 24/05/2018 ही रहेगी|
The cut-off date for reckoning Age Limit, qualification and Post
Qualification Experience would be closing date prescribed for
filling online application i.e 24/05/2018. The cut-off date for
determining all eligibility criteria i.e 24/05/2018 would remain
same even if the closing date for submission of online application
is extended for administrative / technical reasons. 4. ऑन-लाइन
आवेदन ुत करने की ितिथ अथात 24/05/2018 तक अ िथयो ंकी अहता िड ी पूण
हो जानी चािहए| अंितम वष/अंितम सेमे र म बैठने वाले अ थ आवेदन करने के

degree as on closing date of online submission of application i.e
24/05/2018. Candidates appearing in Final Year / Final Semester are
not eligible to apply. 5. जहाँ भी यो ता उपरा अनुभव िनधा रत िकया गया
है, के िलए गणना िनधा रत ोफेशनल यो ता उ ीण करने के प ात की जाएगी| अ
थ अपनी यो ता उपरांत अनुभव वष एवं माह जैसे िक केवल 2 वष 11 माह म प
से दशाएं न िक राउंड आफ म यथा 3वष| ितिथ की गणना अंितम अंक तािलका/
माणप के जारी होने की ितिथ से की जाएगी| Wherever Post Qualification
experience is prescribed, it will be calculated only after passing
the prescribed professional qualification. Candidate should
indicate exact post qualification experience in Years & Months
e.g. 2 Years 11 Months only and the same should not be rounded off
to 3 years. The date will be calculated from the date of issuance
of final mark sheet / certificate. 6. ातक एवं ोफेशनल यो ता ितशतता

60%. Exact percentage of marks only should be mentioned in

पा म के समथन म सं था के धानाचाय/अ ारा जारी संबंिधत माणप ुत करना
होगा| Candidates are required to produce relevant certificate from
the Principal / Dean of the Institute in support of approval /
recognition of the Institute & Course by AICTE/UGC at the time
of document verification. 8. CGPA णाली के तहत ेड ा करने वाले अ थ द
ावेज स ापन के समय िव िव ालय / सं था ारा जारी माण िजसम CGPA ेड को
समुिचत ितशतता म दशाया गया हो, ुत करना होगा| Candidates who are
awarded Gradations under the CGPA system are required to produce
proof issued by the University / Institute converting the CGPA
Gradations into appropriate percentage at the time of document

candidate must ensure that he/she fulfil all the eligibility
criteria with respect to age, educational qualifications, work

Online applications containing incorrect / misleading
information will lead to the candidate being disqualified, as and
when detected, irrespective of the stage of selection process and
will also lead to dismissal from services of the NPCIL, on its
detection at any time after appointment. NPCIL will not entertain

All candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category shall produce
self-attested copy of the caste certificate in the prescribed
'Central Government' format from the Competent Authority empowered
to issue such certificate along with originals for verification at
the time of documents verification. OBC certificate shall be of a
recent date with suitable mention about creamy layer / Non – Creamy
layer status. (OBC candidates with certificate having the
"Non-Creamy Layer Clause" only will be eligible for reservation as

candidate's appointment will remain provisional subject to caste
certificate being verified through proper channel and verification
of testimonials. The candidate's services will be liable to be
terminated forthwith without assigning any reason in case the above
verification reveals that her/his claim for belonging to
SC/ST/OBC/PWBD category and other testimonials is found false.
NPCIL also reserves its right to take such further action against
the candidate, as it may deem proper, for production of such false

Over-Qualification: As regards the qualification criteria, minimum
qualification prescribed for recruitment has to be fulfilled. Any

working in the Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings

employer failing which their candidature will not be accepted. Such

they will not be allowed to appear in the written examination /

Corporation will be subject to medically fit certification by the
prescribed authority, verification of Character & Antecedents
(C&A) and Special Security Questionnaire (SSQ), verification of

ंिकया जाएगा। Outstation candidates of SC/ST category called for
written examination/skill test shall be reimbursed to and fro IInd
Class Rail or ordinary Bus fare as per rules. However, SC/ST
candidates those who are already in service of Central/State
Government, Central/State Corporations, PSUs, Local Government
Institutions and Panchayats, shall not be paid travelling

expenditure shall not be reimbursed to candidates for attending
written examination/ skill test, if they do not fulfil the
eligibility criteria or do not produce documents like Caste
Certificate, journey tickets etc. 25. िल खत परी ा म सफल घोिषत अ
िथयो ंको संबंिधत चयन परी ाओ ंको उ ीण करने पर चयन ि या के उ रवत रो
ंम भाग लेने के िलए आने वाले दो और िदनो ंहेतु ठहरना/ कना पड़ सकता है|
अ िथयो ंको रहने व खान-पान की अपनी व था यं करनी होगी और इस पर होने
वाला य यं वहन करना होगा| Candidates declared successful in the
Written Examination, shall have to stay for two more days to appear
for subsequent stages of selection process on subsequent days
subject to qualifying in respective Selection Tests. Candidates
will have to make their own arrangements and bear all expenses

recruitment or joining, if any of the following is detected, the

Candidates are required to submit invariably self-attested copy of

along with the print out of online application and admit card at

Disability Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the
prescribed format in respect of Person With Benchmark Disabilities

Contract, Experience/Service Certificate issued by the Contractor
duly forwarded by Engineer-in-charge, NPCIL having indicating the
period of service, work order no., designation and details of job

आधार पर परी ा की अनुमित दी जाएगी| अतः सलाह दी जाती है िक आवेदन करने

The applicant would be admitted to the examination on the basis of
the information furnished by her/him in the online application
form. It is therefore advised to ensure that they fulfil all the
eligibility conditions before applying. In case it is found at a
later stage that the information furnished by an applicant is false
or an applicant does not fulfil any other eligibility conditions,
the candidature of such applicant would be cancelled and no
correspondence in this regard would be entertained. 36. परी ा के
