Discovery

During the discovery phase we shall establish your goals, assess the

audience needs and the questions that can be addressed through

social media. Furthermore, we assess the ability of the organization

to create content, maintain social tools and manage communities.

Lastly, we determine the social media policies that should be in

place.

Dream

During the dream phase, the social media strategy is developed.

What are people saying about the brand? The answer to this

question provides us with the information required to produce

relevant targetted content and shape the social media strategy. We

furthermore determine the social tools that fit the strategy, and a

content strategy is distilled as well.

Design

Here, we develop the narrative, social media objects, visuals,

content and a total social media plan together with a campaign (or

This is the implementation phase and monitoring phase. The
