Creative & Channel – Content in Context: ‘Paid, Owned, Earned’ - understanding the language of and trends in digital retail

Customer Understanding – What is your customer doing now? An exercise to discuss current customer behavior, plus insights on wider consumer trends from award-winning global provider of Market Research Mintel. We will also take a Global Retail Safari – to look at the digital activity of retailers across the world

Innovation & the Customer Journey – what does the ideal customer journey look like? We’ll be analysing the framework for the Customer Journey ‘Funnel’ - including Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, Fulfilment and Post-Purchase. This will include a group exercise and case study on ‘what great looks like’ in multichannel retail
