G rinnell Mutual and Grinnell Select policyholders now have access to account information through Manage My Account Mobile, a secure mobile site at http://m.gmrc.com. A link to this site is also available on grinnellmutual.com. As an all-in-one mobile site, Manage My Account Mobile allows customers to make payments; view and download ID cards, declaration pages, and notices; report and review claims information; and contact their agents from a tablet or smartphone. To do so, follow the instructions on the introduction screen of MMA Mobile for your device operating system. Register your account Open MMA Mobile by tapping the ‘M’ icon on your home screen and then tap the login icon in the upper right corner of the screen. From the login screen, tap ‘Register.’ Note: If you already have an online account on the Manage My Account website, you will not need to register again. Simply enter your email address, password, and tap ‘Login.’ Your password must be at least six characters in length. On the registration screen enter your policy number, agency code, zip code, and the additional information. Your policy number and agency code can be found on a declaration page, billing statement, or ID card. Once you are finished, tap ‘Register’ and your account will be created. UseyouraccountTap the login icon in the upper right corner of the screen and enter your email address, password, and tap the login button. Once you are logged in to the mobile site, you have options to pay a bill, view your ID card, manage your account including adding more policies to your online account, view your claims, contact your agent(s), contact Grinnell Mutual, edit your account settings, and more. These features are explained below.

PayBillTo make a payment, tap ‘Pay Bill’ from the MMA Mobile home screen. When the pay bill screen displays, choose a policy number from the dropdown menu, select to pay by credit card or e-check. Fill in the payment amount and tap ‘Continue.’ Next, enter your credit card or bank account information and tap ‘Continue’ to submit the payment. When the payment is submitted, a confirmation message will display on the screen and then you will be directed back to the home screen. A payment confirmation email will also be sent to you.

ViewIDcardTo access an ID card, tap ‘View ID Card.’ Next, choose a policy number from the dropdown menu and tap the ‘View ID Card’ pdf link. You can then download and save the pdf to your device’s home screen for quick access.

For Apple devicesTo save the ID card pdf to your Apple device, open the pdf and then tap the share icon in the upper left corner of your screen. Tap the ‘Add to Home Screen’ icon from the share options.

For Android devicesTo save the ID card pdf to your Android device, open the pdf and then tap the bookmark icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Tap the plus icon to the right of Add bookmark. Enter a name in the name field (i.e. Auto ID Card). Verify the location is set to My device - Home. Tap ‘Save.’

ManageAccountTo manage your account, tap ‘Manage Account’ from the MMA Mobile home screen. When the Manage Account screen displays, you can view your accounts, view your policies, or add policies to your online account.

View AccountsThe View Accounts button displays account information such as your minimum due, unpaid balance, due date, last payment details, and billing invoices.

View PoliciesThe View Policies button displays information about your policies in the current term or future term, including your policy number, policy type, status of your policy, declaration pages, notices, and claims history reports.

Add PolicyThe Add Policy button allows you to add additional policies to your online user account. Enter the policy number, agency code, zip code, and then tap ‘Add’ for another policy to be added to your account.

ReportClaimsTo report a claim, tap the ‘Report Claim’ button from the MMA Mobile home screen. There are four easy steps to report a claim.

1. When the Report Claim screen displays, choose a policy number from the dropdown, enter the date of loss, and tap ‘Continue.’

2. Enter your contact information and choose a preferred method of contact then tap ‘Continue.’

3. Enter the details of the loss such as which vehicle or property was involved, where the incident happened, and any damages or injuries. Next add any photos of the loss as attachments and tap ‘Continue.’

4. Verify your claim information on the Claim Summary screen and tap ‘Submit’ to submit your claim to Grinnell Mutual.

ViewClaimsTo view your claims, tap ‘View Claims’ from the MMA Mobile home screen. Next, choose a policy number from the dropdown menu. From here you can see your claims information for that policy, call or email your adjuster, read the claims description, and see the status of your claim.

ContactyouragentTo contact your agent(s) be sure you are logged into your MMA Mobile account and tap the search icon next to ‘Contact Agent’ on the MMA Mobile home screen. From here, you can call or email your agent, view your agent’s website, and locate the agency on a map.

SearchforanagentYou do not need to be logged into MMA Mobile to search for an agent. From the MMA Mobile home screen, tap the search icon next to ‘Contact Agent.’ When the Search for Agents screen displays, enter a zip code in the zip code field and tap ‘Search.’ MMA Mobile will display all agents within a 25-mile radius of the zip code that was entered. You can call or email an agent, view the agent’s website, and locate the agency on a map.

ContactGrinnellMutualTo contact Grinnell Mutual, tap the dropdown menu below the ‘View Claims’ button on the MMA home screen and choose ‘Contact Us’. Once Contact Us displays in the dropdown menu, you can call or email Grinnell Mutual Customer Service.

EditaccountsettingsTo edit your MMA Mobile account settings, tap on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the home screen. Here you can add a policy, change your password, update your email address, edit your security question, or change your site preference.

Add PolicyTap ‘Add Policy’ to add additional policies to your online user account. When the Add Policy screen displays, enter the policy number, agency code, and zip code. Tap ‘Add’ and your policy will be added to your account.

Change PasswordTap ‘Change Password’ to change your user account password. Your password must be at least six characters in length. When the Change Password screen displays, enter your old password and new password, confirm the new password, and tap ‘Submit.’ Your user account password will be changed.

Change EmailTap ‘Change Email’ to change your user account email address. When the Change Email screen displays, enter your old email address and new email address, confirm the new email address, and tap ‘Submit.’ Your user account email address will be changed.

Edit Security QuestionTap ‘Edit Security Question’ to change your user account security question. When the Edit Question screen displays, choose a new security question, enter your new security answer, enter your password, and tap ‘Submit.’ Your user account security question will be changed.

Site PreferencesTap ‘Site Preferences’ to change your device site preference. This allows you to change the format of the Manage My Account site for viewing on a phone, tablet, or desktop.
