Partners: Youth Association of Adana and Adana Youth Assembly

The project aims at contributing to the solution of psychological problems of disabled individuals through sports activities and preparing the grounds for their integration with the society.

However, in the application form it was foreseen to have 20 young people to participate but the real number was 35. Therefore it was decided to have meetings with Province of Adana and private com-panies to have support from them in order to cover the costs of 15 young people. Fortunately, the answers were positive and we were able to increase the number of participants in our project.

While the exercises are on going, we started and continue our seminars and panels in the schools. The first panel was held in November with the participation of 150 young people.

Moneycoaches web platform is our fundamental medium. This platform is not only consisting of con-tent, it also consists of advanced databases, tools and pointing scheme. We started with wire fram-ing level and information architecture of the website. Then we continued with designing and pro-gramming the website. Database development and developing point mechanism also achieved. We build beta version of our platform. It can be reached at parakocu.workattack.net During development process, our main problem is quality of execution. Due to advanced architecture and integration social tools, our time schedule delayed. Our platform lives with moneycoaches. We select our prior moneycoaches from universities. There are selected three moneycoaches, and we develop our content with them. We collected 1128 saving tips. We categorized and moderated them. We attended Visa Financial Literacy Conference. During the conference we give a speech about Youth and Financial Literacy. Attendees of conferences were all stakeholders about financial liter-acy from financial institutes to academic authorities.
