Bongryonghaksa Guide Regulations.

■ The dormitory has a penalty point system. There will be punishment of being expelled from the dormitory or prohibition of future admission, so please read the relevant information carefully.

2. Rules Regarding Submission of Tuberculosis Test Results

■ By the dormitory rules, all residents must submit a clear result of a

tuberculosis check-up performed at the earliest one year(after 24 Feb. 2015.),

before the winter check-out date from the dormitory. (If you do not submit

this, you will not be admitted to the dormitory.)

■ Submission exceptions :

- Person who participated in the comprehensive on-campus health check-up

for the semester 1, and then get the result of “normal”

- Person who ever submitted the check-up result with the effective period of

under one year when checking in the dorm in the semester 2

■ The check-up result must be submitted on site at the entrance processing

place on the day of check-in (mailing is not allowed.)

■ Tuberculosis can usually be diagnosed by chest x-ray, so just visit a public

health centre, internal medicine clinic, or hospital equipped with an x-ray

machine. The results can take 1-3 days depending on the clinic visited, so

please bear your check-in date in mind and have the health check-up in

advance.

3. Dormitory Fee Refund Policy

■ Leaving the dormitory before the check-in date: If you decide to cancel your

application after acceptance but before the standard check-in date (20 Dec.

2015), you will be refunded the fee (maintenance and meal fees) minus 10%.

■ Leaving the dormitory mid-session: If you decide to leave the dormitory after

the standard check-in date, even if you have not checked in, you will be

refunded the daily rate of maintenance and meal fees based on the number

of days left till the check-out date (24 Feb. 2016) with a penalty of 15 days'

fees. If fewer than 30 days remain till the check-out date (from 26 Jan. 2016),

there will be no refund.

Page 12: Dormitory Admission Comprehensive Information(2015-Winter)

- 12 -

■ As the winter semester period is under 30 days, dorm fees of the residents

leaving in the mid-term are non-refundable.

■ If you are expelled because of penalty points, or you decide to leave

mid-session because of health or other personal reasons, the same

mid-session refund rule applies.

■ Leaving the dormitory because of military service: If you submit confirmation

from SKKU of your gap year due to military service, or documentation

proving the starting date of your military service, then you will be refunded

in full for the remaining days.

■ The deposit will be refunded in full unless the room is left in a state of

uncleanliness or disrepair, or fixings are missing, in which case the sum

needed to clean, repair or replace things will be deducted from the deposit

and any remainder will be refunded. (Poor cleaning: ₩10,000; key loss:

₩10,000; entry card loss: ₩10,000; damaged/lost equipment: necessary sum

to fix/replace)

■ All refunds take about 3 weeks to be deposited in the bank account which
