In carrying out its duties and f`unctions, the Directorate of Research and CommunityServices University of Malang has competent personnel facilities, domicile and facilitiesthat support the scope of the research, application and development of science andtechnology.

About the Project

Be part of development at Malang and Batu city especially in Education, economics,and healthy. The project gives experience directly physically and mentally tostudents/trainees work together with community. Be motivator, problem solver,and catalyst of community to do development.

Key Aspect

• Motivate community to do development. Working in groups to proposesuggestions for community issues. The issues may include economic, sociocultural, environment, religion, healthy, and entrepreneurship

• Teaching all subject, reading, writing, English, mathematics to children

• Increase community income by teaching entrepreneur skills utilizing their naturalresources. Making small and business event.

• Improving community health by making the free treatment and healthy funwalks event

• Making socio cultural competition such as traditional and modern dance, cuisinecooking contest

• Socializing about environment. Greening and tree planning.

• Increasing of community awareness toward their surrounding

Cost$ 100 (Rp 950.000)

The fee is for operational cost. Include accommodation, transport, food, and

international certificate

Role of Volunteer

Activities start at 8 am and finished at evening. You will be responsible for teachinga class at any time, join and involve in some events (socio cultural, healthy,environment, education, entrepreneurship).

A. Prohibit walk couple (girl and boy) on afternoon and the mostly on night, if in the somequite places what make some issues

B. Use polite clothes and if do activities in inside or outside the house based on rule of thesociety.

C. Every trainee must to be polite to whoever: peoples, and figure of villages

D. Create and maintain harmonious life with friend and local community

E. Don’t leave the villages except for reasons which is important with the permission andknowledge of group leader

Role of VolunteerLearning Activities

After finish project in villages, there many activities such as cultural and educationorientation in university . Trainee will get training of traditional dance and sharing inextracurricular of students.
