• 26-story high-rise condo/hotel tower with 225 units.
� Princess Kaiulani (Waikiki Hotel Redevelopment)
• 34-story high-rise condo/hotel tower with 271 units, 83,000-square-foot retail commercial podium, and 625-stall parking structure.
� 2121 Kuhio (Ritz-Carlton, Waikiki New Hotel/Condo/Retail)
• 37-story high-rise condo/hotel with 461 units - pending revised design.
� Hilton Hawaiian Village (Waikiki Timeshare Towers)
• Received PD-Resort and SDD. First of two timeshare high-rise towers (37-story tower with 313 units located along Paoa Place).
� OM-JN Symphony Condominium Highrise
• Proposed highrise condominum, HCDA approval, preliminary conference pertaining to specific building code requirements due to location of adjacent building and proposed parking structure.
Major Projects Coming On Line
� 801 South Street Condominium Highrise
• New 46-story, 646-unit highrise and attached parking structure.
� Waihonua at Kewalo Condomium Highrise
• 43-story, 345-unit condominium. Accepted valuation of project $109 million.
� International Market Place (Waikiki Site Redevelopment)
• 390,000-square-foot retail commercial building with 750-stall parking structure.
� The Cove Waikiki (Waikiki Condominium Development)
• Three, 5-story buildings with total of 117 units.
� Haleiwa Commercial Redevelopment (Kamehameha Schools)
• 30,000-square-foot, one-story retail commercial complex with 108-stall parking lot in the rear. Includes the old Matsumoto shave ice retail establishment, which will be restored and expanded.

• Mid-rise multi-family affordable housing project.
� Plaza at Pearl City (MW Group Elderly Housing Project)

• 24,400-square-foot, one-story retail commercial located across McKinley High School.
� Ala Moana Center (Commercial Expansion)
• Redevelopment of the old Sears store, interior renovations of Food Court, and expansion of parking deck.
� Hekili Street (Kailua Commercial Development)
• 5,350-square-foot, one-story retail commercial building.

� Atkinson YMCA (Site Multi-Use Redevelopment)
• Planned high-rise condominium, redeveloped YMCA, other possible uses/activities.

• Site is split-zoned Residential and BMX-3 for group living facility and/or special needs housing for the elderly.
� Plaza at Kakakaua (MW Group Mid- to High-Rise Elderly Housing)
• Preliminary building code assessment for new elderly housing project in McCully/Moiliili.
� One Ala Moana Tower
• 23-story highrise condominium on top of existing Nordstrom’s parking structure.
� Howard Hughes Kakaako Development
• Blocks C, K, and O. Residential high-rises 350 to 400 feet.

Do Rail Better: Complete the TOD plans and establish frameworks for financing infrastructure in these areas. Use TOD districts to expand affordable housing and elderly housing. Create vibrant, mixed-use, higher-density communities within TOD districts.

Plan for Climate Change: Reassess hazards and their impacts related to land use. Greater weather variability and impacts to economy. Work with DEM to turn every community on Oahu into disaster ready communities like Haaula, Kailua, and Ewa Beach.
