Lohegaon, Pune – 412 105 Date: - 07/11/2014 Submitted To the Director, School of Engineering, Respected Sir, PELF Infotech has arranged a Seminar on “Solidworks Innovation Day 2015 Inspiring Innovation” dated 05/11/2014 by Mr. Shibshankar Chakraborthy , Manager Stategic Commercial Accounts & education, Pelf Infotech at ‘Le Meridian’ Pune PELF, the name itself is reminiscent of Professionalism, Efficacy, Long-Term Relationship blended with Flexibility, profess right from day one. From the modest beginning in the year 2002, Pelf Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL) is growing rapidly to become one of the leading Engineering Services and Solution providers in Pune industrial city of Maharashtra situated in the western part of INDIA. PIPL team members have provided innovative solutions to complex engineering problems in the Industries and they have been highly successful in obtaining effective solutions to wide- ranging problems by applying engineering mechanics, finite element analysis methods. These solutions have been performed for clients ranging from major corporations to to small manufacturing companies. Seminar started with welcome note by Mr. Shibshankar Chakraborthy followed by company’s overview by Mr.Ajinkya Huddar, MD, PELF Infotech . After that’ Solidworks 2015 Product Launching’ is done by Dr. K. M. Rajan Director ARDE & Mr. B. B. Ahuja, Deputy director COEP. During this Technical Session the following points were discussed: 1. Design the products with improved user interface. 2. How the Solidworks can be a effective Catalyst in Innovation, by Mr.Yogesh Suryawanshi, Scientist-CSIR-NCl. 3. Improvement of productivity by using Assembly enhancement& piping module. 4. Next generation cost effective techniques of manufacturing- Dare manufacturing without drawing. 5. Role of Solidworks in honing future Technocrats by Mr.B.S.Pralhad, M.Tech- CADCAM(NIT) Asst. Prof. & Head Dnyashree IE&T, Sajjangad , Satara. 6. Simulation of Design with Solidworks 2015. The Seminar was full of knowledge about recent enhancements in ‘Solidworks 2015’ as compared with ‘Solidworks 2014’ as most of the Design Experts were unaware of these new enhancements. The Seminar concluded with Technical Quiz Competition & Prize Distribution followed by Interactive Question Answer session and auditors were satisfied. From our institute Prof.P. A.
