• Mostly plant based, whole food diet Green is obvious/Fiber is not Fat Zebra? Catch the Rainbow EWG By thinking Plant, you will avoid Processed

• Smell (olfactory sense is one of the fastest stimulators)

• Sight (the speed of nature slows the brain)• Sound (birds, waves, crickets, rain, wind)• Feel (soft trail, leaves, snow, gravel, twigs)• Taste (low glycemic index foods)
