The iimt Executive Programmes (Executive CAS, Executive Diploma, Executive MBA) prepare participants for high-level management careers. The Executive Programmes blend the experience and expertise of an innovative teaching team in developing participants’ leadership qualities in both domestic and international business.
The Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Cross-Cultural Business Practice is the only LL.M. in Switzerland and one of the few in the world to provide an intensive theoreti-cal and practical training in International Contracts. You are given the unique possibility to combine your LL.M. with an economical education programme at the iimt.

The iimt Executive Programmes & LL.M. Programme
The Executive MBAThe Executive MBA requires passing all 30 modules, as well as the acceptance of the master project. By completing the Executive MBA, students receive 90 ECTS-credits and the internationally recognised Execu-tive Master of Business Administration in ICT or Utility Management of the University of Fribourg.
The Executive Diploma (DAS)The Executive Diploma requires passing 20 modules, as well as the acceptance of the Diploma project. By completing the Executive Diploma, students receive 60 ECTS-credits and the internationally recognised Executive Diploma in ICT or Utility Management of the University of Fribourg.
The Executive Certificate (CAS)The Executive Certificate requires passing 7 modules, as well as the acceptance of a final project. By com-pleting an Executive Certificate, students receive 22.5 ECTS-credits and the recognised Certificate of Advanced Studies in in ICT or Utility Management of the University of Fribourg.

Certificate of 7 modules. All modules last 2 days and all study programmes can be completed part-time or full-time.
Programme Structure LL.M.
The MLCBP LL.M. Programme includes introductory modules, core modules and final modules, legal clinics and a tailor
made Moot Courts at the end of each clinic, that represents 22 course weeks in total.
General Informationiimt Executive Programmes
Examinations & Final ProjectEach completed iimt module is followed by a written or an oral examination. Executive MBA, Executive Diploma and Executive Certificate students are additionally required to write a final project.
Language of InstructionEnglish is the language of instruction and examination. The final project may be written in English, French, Italian, or German.
Course LocationAll iimt courses are given at the University of Fribourg, Bd de Pérolles 90, 1700 Fribourg.
Conditions for Admission & ApplicationA degree from a University or University of Applied Sciences, at least 2 years of professional experience and a management position are required.

General InformationLL.M. Programme
Examinations & Final ProjectAll modules are followed, at the end of each semester, by oral or written examinations. For clinical works and Moot Courts, an active participa-tion is required. Students must also complete an independent research and writing project. The research project may be common with the iimt Executive Programmes.
Language of InstructionEnglish is the language of instruction and examination. The final project must be written in English.
Course LocationCourses are held mainly in the University of Fribourg with some of them taking place in Bern and Neuchâtel.
Conditions for Admission & ApplicationA first complete law degree or another academic qualification deemed equivalent by the Pro-gramme Directors is required. Candidates having acquired a practical experience in the field of law are encouraged.
