Spring 2013 CHAIR/PROGRAM DIRECTOR, Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Successfully navigated through CAAHEP/NCOPE accreditation and received accreditation April 2014. This allowed first cohort to be accepted to NCOPE residency. 2013- 2016 INTERIM PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Rehabilitation Counseling in the Department of Rehabilitation Studies. Appointed November 20, 2013.

Successfully put together Self-Study Commission on Rehabilitation Education (CORE) (December 15, 2013) and managed site visit (February 20-21, 2014). August 2014 Program was granted 8 year accreditation with no marks.

Fall 2012 ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR, Alabama State University. (Promoted) (Tenure was granted Fall 2014) 2011- Present PROGRAM DIRECTOR, Master of Science Prosthetics and Orthotics, Developed

masters program and coordinated successful self-study for Candidacy for Accreditation to National Commission on Orthotic & Prosthetic Education (NCOPE) (Summer 2012). Successfully navigated accreditation process and achieved accreditation from Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health and Education Programs (CAAHEP) (March 21,2014). Oversees $800,000 budget including Title III money. Supervises two faculty members, staff associate, and lab technician.
