Duo’s Multi-Factor Authentication (DA Portal)
• DA Portal uses multi-factor authentication to validate the user BEFORE a remote session.
• DA Portal ONLY supports validation via an automated CALL to your default device. It DOES NOT support push notification or passcodes.
Open DA Portal.
Log in to DA Portal with your credentials.
Email Address: [email protected]
Password: **********
This screen shows the folders containing applications available on DA Portal.
Open the folder of the application you want to run.
Select the desired application.
Once you select an application, you should receive the following pop-up message:
“Do you trust the publisher of this RemoteApp Program?”
Select Connect.
You should automatically receive a call from:
1(858)285-6020to your default authentication device.
*If you do not receive a call, go to “My Settings & Devices” and double-check your phone number OR change your default device*
*If you take too long to respond or do not respond at all, you may receive an error message*
Error Message
Once authenticated, the RemoteApp program will start.
Select OK to continue.
You’re desired application should open after validating your credentials.
After opening your first app, you can open other apps simultaneously without requiring multi-factor authentication.
