200® authorised manufacturer / installer. The warranty is only available on systems from authorised manufacturers / installers.
2. Once the system is installed just complete accurately and in full the registration requirements detailed in the warranty agreement document.
3. Send the completed documents to DuPont within 30 days of final system commissioning to apply for inclusion in the DuPont™ FM-200® Falcon Customer Protection Program. ([email protected])
4. DuPont will acknowledge receipt of your application.
5. Ensure you have a service and maintenance agreement with an authorised FM-200® manufacturer / installer in accordance with the conditions set out in the warranty agreement.
6. Ensure that if a system refill is required during the period of the warranty that genuine DuPont™ FM-200® product is used.
7. Keep records of all service and maintenance visits and any system refills required during the period of the warranty.
