As a member of The Little Gym, your family is entitled to discounts on Birthday Parties, Holiday Camps, and special events. You will also receive discounts during Priority Enrolment into the following semesters. The membership fee must be paid at the time of enrolment. Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated. Cancellation and Make Up Service Classes cancelled* due to illness or holidays may be made up during the semester for which tuition has been paid and can be booked according to availability. Notification* must be received before the start of the class you wish to cancel. *This can be done by emailing us, in person or by calling (please leave a voicemail if there is no answer). Clothing Children should wear comfortable clothing and must be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom. Jewellery, food and chewing gum are not permitted in the gym. Adults entering the gym are asked to remove shoes (adults may wear socks). The Little Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Refunds To leave the programme, members are required to provide 4 weeks notice. Refunds are not given for classes that have already occurred. a £10 processing fee is charged for all refunds. Classes bought for the Bugs programme are non- refundable. Class Observation Parents, siblings and guests are always welcome to observe classes from the lobby. Siblings are not permitted to participate in class activities unless they are enrolled in that class. Responsibilities We make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of children in the gym and while they are in the lobby. Parents or guardians are ultimately responsible for seeing the safe entry and exit of their children. Behavioural Issues If a child is being disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, other children, or staff members during class or special events, we will make every effort to work with parents and the child in question to resolve this behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behaviours develop, the child in question will be asked to take a break from the class or event. OFSTED approved camps Our half day holiday camps are OFSTED registered and parents are required to complete the appropriate paperwork prior to the camp. Please see our OFSTED policies in the gym. Enrolment is possible any time during the summer. If you need to miss a class, our normal make-up policy applies. The fees are due in full at the time of enrolment.
