Background

● E-SPIN Channel Partner Enabling Program (CPEP) is a key component of the E-SPIN Channel Platform, to provide unified one stop centralize enabling resources for Channel Partner (CP). It ensure Channel Partner (CP) leverage the Product E-SPIN carried and packaging into their own product final offering. With end-to-end channel partner business in consideration, E-SPIN committed resources to dramatically strengths channel partner overall revenue enhancement and constant renewal revenue stream. The program aim to empower Channel Partner (CP) both technically and commercially for simple product trade to complex project trade.

● This document is intent to provide Channel Partner (CP) on E-SPIN Channel Partner Enabling Program and supporting activities in single document.

● Channel Partner who are interest on the respective services may use it to match and mix with internal services and operation requirement to make the correct product and service package bundled with your own offering.

Product / Services / Solution Presentation for internal team or external prospect / End User

● E-SPIN is capable to provide resources and act as the centralize sources for the Product / Services / Solutions presentation on Channel Partner (CP) behalf

● The said services can be leverage and to boost Channel Partner product / services / solution presentation either as point solution or as part of the completed package solution

● The key concept to assure Channel Partner (CP) is what we call Ownership. We may take part of activities proactively or passively as per required, but Channel Partner (CP) must take the ownership of the prospect / End User account. E-SPIN will provide related enabling services to backup Channel Partner (CP) as per required and needed basis.

● The said product / services / solution presentation can be standard presentation or tailor made or customized to make the key impact. E-SPIN will assigned Product or Solution Consultant / Engineer / Application Specialist to assist Channel Partner (CP) base on REQUIREMENT or your special request base on case by case basis. Please allow the reasonable buffer for our assigned personnel to react to your case, and we are so sorry can not fulfilled all the last minute immediate appointment arrangement (despite we have intent to facilitate it ).

● For certain case, if business justifiable, E-SPIN can do Joint Event with Channel Partner (CP) and do the product seminar in the local/oversea hotel/resort with complimentary refreshment and lunch, with or without product free demo / hand on training.

Channel Partner Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) Facilitation Services

● On top of standard Request for Quotation (RFQ) facilitation, E-SPIN provide Request for Proposal (RFQ) services and related document and paperwork.

● For special case require special commercial arrangement or extension of the quote valid period, please feel free to work out with our assigned personnel on your account.

● For certain project or Tender Bid, if you require E-SPIN to assist in certain project section write up or point solution proposal, feel free to ask.

● For case that sometime required Letter of Authorization (LoA) for certain RFQ/RFP or Tender Bid, feel free to contact E-SPIN to issue the LoA for your company and attend to your Prospect / End Customer.

Product Demonstration or Technical Proof of Concept (PoC)

● For prospect or End Customer case sometime may require product demo or technical PoC support, feel free to contact E-SPIN to deliver it (if required).

● No all product can be perform technical proof of concept (poc), for those case, we will arrange for product demo, and sometime we show it via facilities visit both located domestically and at oversea location.

● For certain case, due to extensive travel require, the assigned personnel may not be able to assist you in the physical location. In that case, we will assure the personnel assigned to support your by remote, phone, email and thru web conference / meeting facilities.
