E-TITLE DEED (NEW/REPLACEMENT/DUPLICATE OF TITLE DEED) A title deed is a main legal document for evidencing sale and transfer of ownership of property in favour of the buyer, from the seller. Further, it also acts as the main document for further sale by the buyer as it establishes his proof of ownership of the property. In MeeSeva we will provide the Title Deed for agriculture land. The E-Title Deed Service in MeeSeva is has 3 sub services named as New, Replacement and Duplicate Title Deed. New Title Deed is used for getting Title Deed on agriculture land for the first time, if there is No Title Deed. The Replacement of Title Deed is used to apply the copy of the Existing Title Deed in case of damage. The Duplicate Title Deed can be applied if the Present Title Deed is lost. E-TITLE DEED

(NEW/REPLACEMENT/DUPLICATE OF TITLE DEED)

A title deed is a main legal document for evidencing sale and transfer of ownership of property in favour of the buyer, from the seller. Further, it also acts as the main document for further sale by the buyer as it establishes his proof of ownership of the property. In MeeSeva we will provide the Title Deed for agriculture land.

The E-Title Deed Service in MeeSeva is has 3 sub services named as New, Replacement and Duplicate Title Deed. New Title Deed is used for getting Title Deed on agriculture land for the first time, if there is No Title Deed. The Replacement of Title Deed is used to apply the copy of the Existing Title Deed in case of damage. The Duplicate Title Deed can be applied if the Present Title Deed is lost.

For Duplicate Title Deed: : INR 100/- For Replacement Title Deed: : INR 200/-

1. Application Form * 2. Tax receipts if any * 3. Old Pattadar Passbook * 4. Registered document (copies) * 5. Check other documents evidence in support of title

of Lands. * 6. Applicant Recent passport size photo * 7. Applicant Signature *

For Duplicate Title Deed: 1. Application form * 2. Scanned Copy FIR * 3. NOC certificate from the bank in the respective

jurisdiction * 4. Registered Document (Copies) if any * 5. Recent pass port Size photo * 6. Signature *

For Replacement Title Deed:

1. Application form* 2. Registered Document (Copies) if any* 3. Old PPB Xerox copy* 4. Old TD Xerox Copy*

Note: The asterisk (*) denotes mandatory requirement of documents. Apply for New Title Deed: This section contains instructions for the operators of the Meeseva web application to apply for New/Duplicate/Replacement of Title Deed. 1) In Meeseva home screen, under List of Services, select Revenue Department as depicted in Figure 1

2) In Revenue Department services Select E-Title Deed Service as depicted in Figure 2

3) Now E- Title Deed request screen appears as depicted in Figure3.

4) Select Service Type either New/Replacement/Duplicate Title Deed as depicted in Figure4.

Note: - Here I am selecting New Title Deed Service.

5) Select Document details such as District, Mandal, and Village as depicted in Figure5.

6) Select Katha Number from Drop Down as depicted in Figure6.

7) Here Pattadhar name and father name displayed based on Katha Number. Now clicking on Get Details Button as depicted in Figure7.

8) After clicking on Get Details Button, Pattadhar details are displayed as depicted in Figure8.

9) Enter Title Deed details such as Caste category, caste name, Division name, Registration Number,

Registration date, Reason for New title Deed and Applicant Details such as Applicant name, relation,

relation name, gender and date of birth as depicted in Figure9.

10) Enter Permanent Address details such as Door No, Locality/ Land Mark, District, Madal,

Village and Pincode as depicted in Figure10.

Note: Based on the Citizen request, the delivery option (either through Speed Post - Local or Speed Post - Non Local at the Franchisee) has to be selected as depicted in Figure11. The courier charge for Post (Local) is INR. 33/- and for Post to Non Local areas is INR. 46/-.

11) Collect the necessary supporting documents as indicated in the New Title Deed request page scan the documents and upload into the system, as depicted in Figure 11.

Note: All the mandatory fields have to be filled in; otherwise request will not be accepted by the system. 12) Click Show Payment. Another window appears requesting to Confirm Payment as depicted in figure 12.

13) Collect the amount from the Citizen and click Confirm Payment to submit the request.

14) On confirmation, a receipt will be generated as depicted in the following figure14. The receipt will contain the Certificate delivery date.

Note: Ensure that you have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA), else the system will not accept the request.

Note: - After Approved/Rejected, Customer Received Message. Like you are Request is Approved/ Rejected. 17) Once the request is approved by RDO, New Title Deed will be dispatched through courier to the citizen address.

Note: - Duplicate Title Deed and Replacement Title Deed is also same like as New Title Deed.
