Principal’s Report

2020 Term 3 - Week 5

Cricket has been a huge hit with all students. The skills and talent being displayed are amazing. We are now hoping to share these skills with the parents through a student verse parent match as soon as the current health guidelines allow us. Parents, just a heads up, your kids are very good you had better get some intensive practice in.

Breakfast club is proving to be a huge success with the majority of students having breakfast each morning. The school captains, Lucy and Aria, are supervising the breakfast club and are displaying excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Thank you to the lovely Karan Wildman for saving the bananas given to us from foodbank and baking delicious banana bread for the students’ breakfast.

The recognition of the trauma and impact drought and bushfires has had on our community is still being empathised with by external organisations. GIVIT, overseen by Melissa Bowman and Juliette Wright, has provided local businesses and community members with very generous gift vouchers to the Access Fuels service station. This acknowledgement and support for our community helps to ensure our wellbeing and resulting hardships continue to be addressed. Juliette Wright holds the Ebor Community in a special place in her heart and sent this letter for the school to share telling us why. (Please see the attached letter below)

School Photos will be taking place on Monday 21st

September 2020 at the school. We request that all students wear their formal school uniform and all children are at school by 8.45 am. Please return your school photo envelope with payment to the school on Thursday 17th or Friday 18th September. If family photos are required, please inform the school by Friday the 18th.
